5:39 This story needs more attention. Far too many people don't know how the government ruined this mans life. He was a flawed human as are we all, but he did not do the horrible things most of America still thinks he did. He died with most of America still only knowing his name from the horrid slur job the officials in charge did to his character, and his actions that saved countless lives not only went unrecognized, but were a true case of NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED

The Inside Job is the documentary that The Big Short took from. It's incredible, thorough, and not comedic. Also on Prime.

Red Eye is an underrated movie in my opinion.

I am pleased you use the term "Rewatchable" as a measure of a film. For me, rewatchability is a must. And some films I enjoy are either ruined during rewatching, or shrunk/erodes. And conversely, some come alive, achieving Most See status based on it's rewatchability.

Red Eye is not mediocre in any way. One of my fave tension movies. No matter when or where I am, if I see it playing, I will watch it again. Love it!

Amazon already had a Movies with Commercials - but - now ALL their Prime movies will have commercials - unless - you pay them more. Since I'm already paying a not small price for Prime (primarily because of the shipping) - I'm not inclined to pay any more for watching movies to avoid the commercials. And - I did binge watch _The Expanse_ - with those commercials and hated them. I'll not be watching anything more like that. The thing Amazon is still good for - is having movies you can rent. If you rent or buy a movie - there are no commercials. .

Cena's success is manufactured. People don't care. No acting chops, no charisma, no stage presence.

Red Eye was the first movie I saw Cillian Murphy in (with the possible exception of 28 Days Later, I don't recall) but I loved it. Super geeked for Fallout.

Wasn't interested in Richard Jewell at the time but having seen Black Bird TV series, that guy is an incredible actor so I'll def watch him in his earlier performance. Chinatown is an absolute classic. Ong Bak I'd totally forgotten. Incredible film. I think Jennifer Lopez is/was much more interested in being a star than being an incredible actress (plus, Soderbergh brings out the best in talent whether that talent is common or elite. so her performance is also due to a well written-well directed film. She hasn't been in a lot where both of those occured). Original Total Recall, I can't be bothered. I love Verhoeven but not an Arnold fan (Terminator films excepted) and the remake was more palatable but still not actually good. Snatch. Good. Fun. Ritchie's latest series (The Gentlemen, based on his 2019 film) is also entertaining and includes nearly all the Ritchie film elements, dialed down, smoothed, and streamlined, but still worth watching (I actually didn't see the 2019 film, so it might just be not worth seeing if you've seen that).

"Lords of Dogtown" is a good movie but the original documentary is amazing: Dogtown and Z-Boys. Much better than the dramatic retelling.

Nice list of DVDs I need to pick up. Amazon has ruined movies by seeding them with commercials. I keep my prime subscription only for the 2day delivery.

Disturbia was a great flick, I watched it a few times. Paul Walter Houser has been great in all his movies/series. I really liked him in Blackbird & Kingdom which are both series.

WRT "Out of Sight," I remember seeing it in the theatre when it first came out and I had no idea the J-Lo had any sort of music career prior: I just thought she was the new starlet on the scene & expected to see much more of her acting going forward since she had given such an excellent performance. I guess there's simply more $ to be made making even barely listenable music than there is in film?
