I like to imagine after the Faker song, Faker tries to warn BF that if he doesn't leave, he'll kill both him and GF on the spot. BF doesn't listen and Faker gets mad at him, causing him to keep singing with BF until he gets fed up with him, and decides to try and kill them both (BF and GF) immediately. But like we see in the cutscene before "You Can't Run" (the second Sonic E.X.E. song after Too Slow and before Triple Trouble) GF uses her powers to possibly spawn her and BF back home. Faker, gets furious and starts destroying everything around him and goes back to his Faker form and walks away.
