I just played the Walter Hawkins version for my mom when she was almost on deaths door. I’ll have to add this to her K.D. French playlist I also played her. She’s Stage 5 Renal Failure and in a rehab center having dialysis but she may go home soon with assistance. So adding this to her list.

However, I wasn’t expecting all the theatrics and drama. I should have stuck with the original song. Nobody’s trying to hear people sing for show at a time like this.
