Thanks to stupid social media and face tune all these instagram models looking “perfect” and girls subconsciously feeling they will never measure up. The over sexualization is ridiculous. It’s draining and distracting... Thank you Jesus for helping me not care anymore I’m no longer self conscious I’m beautiful thr way you made me! It’s freeing!

It’s so great to hear you guys talk about being insecure because of pale skin! This is something I’ve always dealt with and I’ve definitely been there with the tanning stories. Thank you for spreading positivity and God’s word!

It was so nice to hear this. I grew up playing basketball for HCYA and am the same age as Bethany so I remember growing up playing against her year after year and thinking the both of you were so beautiful and that I was so opposite, short, brown hair, different body type and comparing myself to both of y’alls beauty. It’s so encouraging to know that as beautiful as y’all are that I’m not alone in how I have felt about myself and that while it’s a common struggle it doesn’t have truth. Glad you guys got a wake up call. Please read the book “Pure”, by Linda Kay Klein. It will sum up why the Purity Movement hurt so many people and the book presents it well. I know you guys won’t change your views on what you believe, but that book will help you see it through other peoples’ eyes. I’m glad that you were not “burned” by it the way others have been. I’m glad it worked out for both of you according to what you have shared. But part of showing empathy and reaching a greater receptive audience is to have an honest look of what happened to other people and practice empathy. You’re both very beautiful. I’m six feet as well! 😊
