This is a much needed video and topic! Focusing on your relationship with Jesus is so key and not checking off boxes. Allowing God to give you grace on the trivial matters helps too. A woman shouldn't pigeon-hole herself into trying to be exactly like characters in the Bible and instead allow God to write a unique story about her. I wanted to add that over the years one of my heros of the faith is Joni Eareckson Tada. She's been a great inspiration and I look up to her. I hope you look into her story and ministry and find as much inspiration with her as I do.

If you are single because it’s the season you know God is making and moulding you, congratulations 🎉. I would say being aware of the times and seasons you are in like the sons of Issachar is a great blessing. If you are single because you feel you are ready but the right person has not come but you are at peace knowing that your single season is coming to an end, great for you as well. But if you are single who is anxious waiting for a relationship, then that’s a problem. The sign of anxiety is that you know that you are not ready, you do not know what you want or God’s heart towards you or the season of life that you are in and that is what makes the journey tedious, tiring and ultimately leads you to making wrong decisions. ❤
Where do you even meet people in real life anymore? I go to a huge church, and I've met a lot of people, but none of them are my age and single and not very strange.

Commend you GD on a bold, God glorifying, timely wisdom for not only women, but men too. I got the sense ( confered with husband after her conversations with God) that she led her family though. I don't hear many women taking about not only submitting to God, but their husband. I could be wrong.
Leslie is great here in this conversational setting! Everything I’ve heard from her before (podcasts/conferences,ect.) is pretty tightly scripted. I would love to hear her do more of these conversational interviews/podcasts.
Great subject to examine.... I believe that when one is angry at God is because the one individual is actually reflecting anger to himself and reflecting on the previous actions or choices that they have made which have been consequential...... It has happened to me a number of times and if I am correct I believe that Jesus himself may have conducted such actions as well....Thank you for providing so many videos filled with valuable information...I have learned quite a bit from most of your videos.
1 Tim. 2:11-12 says: “A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.” The text calls twice for women to be quiet and it does not allow any form of teaching.
I think what helps is how much you two love each other and respect each other's different stories and paths God has for you. If one were pregnant, the other struggling and the pregnant one were not being charitable in her behavior towards the other through her battle with infertility, I believe this would be a much different story. I really admire your love and charity towards each other through the hills and valleys! ❤❤❤
