Hard to find to be honest. When he was a genin he was taking out 3 jonin level cloud shinobi like it was a cat rescue mission to save Kushina. He's in a whole different league of strength as a Jonin at already Hokage level. Fighting a elite team of cloud jonin plus Killer Bee and Ay simultaneously in a tag team in their prime without breaking sweat not to mention taking out a battalion of 1000 hidden stone shinobi. My dude's been dead for over a decade and people still put respect on his name. All the kage respect and have run on sight orders. Even orochimaru respected the decision to make him 4th hokage. He's like fair enough. I wish there was a 12 episode OVA of his younger years leading up to being hokage.

Bruh, Minato was always on a different mission when any of his students died.. when obito died, he was sent to some other place to fight a 1000 enemy ninja alone on the battlefield... when Rin died he was sent on a completely different mission somewhere else... If he were not sent to different places all the time they wouldn't have died.. ALSO REMEBER IT WAS A TIME OF WAR... But in kakashi's case, it was not time of war, and to give you the best example,Naruto and sasuke would have died in battle with Haku if not for Naruto unleashing nine tails... Sasuke almost died, but somehow survived with luck, All this happened with kakashi actually being present there... but he couldn't have done anything.. REMEBER there are always different circumstances and in all these cases there's nobody's fault..

I'll explain it in a simple way like video game stats think about kcm as a +70 speed boost and Naruto had in base like a 20 speed stat of course fifty feels like a lot to him but to someone like Minato who had a higher speed because of bodyflicker which is the ability to greatly enhance the user's speed using chakra the same way shisui is known to used so while Minato had a speed stat of 50 his bodyflicker already enchanted his speed with a +50 speed boost so using kcm which gives him a +70 speed is is not as big of a difference as it was for Naruto because Naruto had no experience with abilities that make him faster and he was pretty weak and slow in base form and in the war arc he already started using a bodyflicker inferior to minato's and kcm combined which would make him almost three times faster something he never experienced before (these stats have nothing to do with actual scaling I just used them as an example
