"The Lord told me to do it" sounds like hearsay. He needs to get the Lord on the stand swearing under oath to himself that he did in fact issue that instruction, otherwise the scammer has nothing.
I live in Colorado... I was over at a friend's house helping him with some computer stuff. I saw 'ANY DESK' on his desktop and asked him why he had that program and he said that someone was teaching him about CRYPTO CURRENCY. I warned him about how ANY DESK was a potentially harmful program in the hands of a scammer. That said, I hope he didn't fall for a scam and I'm rather afraid to ask him if he did.....
I would be a little worried myself. I can't imagine why a Crypto Teacher would need access to one's computer for lessons... Hopefully your friend didn't fall for any scams.
Uhm, well he is as far from Jesus as can be. Maybe it's the islameic god he is praying to, that god is a true scammer and that god does understand the value of other peoples gold and the importance of getting that gold by any means nessesary. I actually don't want the 'victims' to get their money back. If you have the money to throw away on an unproven 'concept' or idea, because that is all bitcoin is, it is not gold, it is not an agreed to standard (like at least gambling has), you do not deserve to get it back. If you choose to literally flush money down a toilet in hopes that God will make it rain back down on you a thousand fold, well then you earned your disappointment when only the toilet water is showered upon you.
The "victims" were greedy af. Add to that their idiotic faith in false gods that somehow "need money" for some reason and you have people that do NOT deserve to have money. This might be an unpopular opinion but I understand completely where the pastor's coming from. I was praying to God just yesterday when he told me to scam my grandmother with memory issues out of 50k and I said to myself, "Who am I to argue with God?" Nobody. That's who.

The saddest thing is that some people will listen to this and believe it wholeheartedly. I have an American friend (I’m British) who truly believes her abusive husband hears god and it’s he who instructs her husband on how to “discipline” her. She won’t be told anything to the contrary and so gladly hands him every penny she earns from 3 jobs while he sits home doing nothing but making demands and inflicting pain (and worse) upon her. It’s so sad, man.

Especially with three or four million dollars! And did he say a HALF A MILLION HOME RENOVATION? You can buy quite a lovely house for that much! Did he build on an extra house????
This seems to be the new fad. Hide all of your crimes and bad behavior behind "god" and there will always be people that go along with it or are willing to look the other way, despite how many people are victimized.
@@Jack_Over9000 Yeah, it's true people have been doing that for ages. I meant it's new to our time as a fad. Large numbers of people are becoming accepting of it and that's the worrying part. Ten years ago you would hear of the odd person or cult that used that tactic but now it's done openly and widely spread.

I'd love to blame God for my problems, but I am atheist and don't believe that any gods exist. A scammer once called me and told me that I had won 1.5 million dollars and told me that "God has blessed" me. I told him that I don't believe in a god and hung up on him.
