Norton ripped me off of over $120. When I said how did you get my credit card to renew this they said my bank gave it to them. Thst was a lie because I had to get a new card. Then they said well someone must have hacked in and got your account number. I yelled are you telling me that your company is supposed to ensure that no one can get my information but you can hack in and get my information? Then they said they would credit the money because I was within the 14 day window just give them the original account number. So we got in a huge argument because I had to close that card because they hacked in to get that number so it was now closed! So my bank did an investigation and sided with Norton because it was proven as an auto renewal but I was within the 14 day window. They promised to send me a check never happened. I still have all of the evidence
If Lowe's is their partner why can't you just pay Lowe"s. If you had tried to pay Lowe's they would tell you they aren't connected to these scammers. I always tell them to say that without the accent.😂
So entertaining to watch you work. And I have to say, you have the most infectious smile when your deadpan expression breaks. I love it! I can only imagine how infuriating it is to be the scammer having to deal with your cat and mouse antics. But they absolutely deserve it. Keep up the good work! :)
