In order to be a great BLACK Man in America’s society today you have to have a equal balance of T’Challa and Killmonger. Enough sense to see more than just your side, listen to people, understand where their mindset is, and move in a humble/royal way that’s makes people double take at you, because you showed them your more than just your skin tone. That’s the T’Challa side. The other side is being woke, not forgetting your history and where you come from, be your brothers keeper in the right way, not on some killing G’ money type ish. Be educated so that nobody can fool you, or try an throw a vail over your eyes. Having the balls to make a difference and fight for your beliefs and core values, and be outspoken unapologetically. And ultimately be willing to lay your life down if someone opposes you. That’s the Killmonger way. Both were educated, strong, and have meaningful causes behind them. Only difference was the way in which to accomplish the goal. This movie was long overdue, but made it worth the wait. Thankful for this gem.

Marvel actually made x-men (Charles Xavier and Magneto) as representations of MLK and Malcolm X, they were trying to show the different perspectives they had in the comic regarding race, Xavier = peaceful/co existing and Magneto = militant minded, cared more about his race and bringing them to glory.

Professor X & Magneto are based on MLK & Malcolm X. Black Panther represents African leaders & Killmonger represents every Black American revolutionary, not just 1. He’s all of them from Marcus Garvey, Huey Newton, Eldridge Cleaver, Fred Hampton, Assata Shakur, Angela Davis, Malcolm X, the entire Black Panther Party, Nation of Islam (minus the religious part)& every other likeminded Black person that didn’t belong to any organization, like myself. In fact Killmonger’s entire education & military background matched mine almost to a T & he thinks the same shit I think about when it comes to Africa & white ppl colonizing places & enslaving ppl. White museums have tons of things in them that were stolen from African & Middle Eastern countries. One of the reasons Saddam Hussein was killed is because he was demanding British museums return the “Gates of Babylon” to Iraq, were they were stolen from. He was starting to make big noise about returning all the stuff Americans & Brits stolen from his country. Kadafi was killed because he was trying to create the United States of Africa which would almost overnight make Africa the richest country in the world if all the countries became States & fell under one central federal government. So America, England & Israel had to kill him before his ideas caught on with the rest of the African leaders.

6:30 Frederick Douglas escaped from slavery before becoming a prominent figure in the abolitionist movement. Of course there were free Black people in the north, but it's former slaves like Douglas who really helped pushed the movement because of their experience.
