Criminally underrated. One of the best things Netflix has ever done. I'd love to see a second series.

If you like a dark western, this is it. Simple talk and lots of shooting. You think it's going to get deeper, but it brings you back. Surprising moments, yet in the end nodded my head like "well done Netflix, well done."

Great series, finished yesterday, good effects, great cinematography, the theme is fantastic, they play countless times in different ways, and some great actors, especially Jeff Daniels and Jack O'Connell. It's along with Mindhunter my favorite Netflix production this year.

It's a masterpiece. It has Great story and lovable characters.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I loved this series. I felt it ended really beautifully; even if there isn’t going to be a second season, it was extremely well done for seven episodes. That gunfight at the end was nothing short of amazing.

I'm very sad that Godless is a limited series. It's so good, I wish it were permanent!

Give yourself the gift of watching Godless. I'm watching it a second time and falling in love again with the crisp writing, spot on acting from everyone, and drop-dead gorgeous cinematography. Every once in a while it almost gets heavy-handed then the actors turn it on.

I wasn't a fan of westerns, but I am a Michelle Dockery fan, so I gave the show a watch. Definitely one of the best shows I have ever seen, and sad to see it limited to one season.

This was such a fantastic show with a striking opening sequence. Jack O’Connell’s performance was spectacular.

I love this show, and it does not need another season. It is perfection.

By the way, creator of this show, Scott Frank, also co created, wrote and directed Queen's Gambit. He also wrote Logan, Get Shorty, Minority Report and directed and wrote an underrated gem called The Lookout. So yeah, suffice to say, the guy is ridiculously talented.

It's 2021 and Godless just appeared on my Netflix. Merritt Wever, Jack O' Connell, and Jeff Daniels lead this series with their amazing talents. The cinematography was blind blowing especially when the 30 riders on their horses were crossing the river. WOW!!!!!! I would LOVE to see a season 2. It would give Yellowstone on Prime a run for their money.

I watched a lot of series in my life, I started Godless with no hope 'cuz I saw nobody talks about it but damn... it was so good, it was almost perfect. A lot better than 95% of the series from Netflix, probably one of the best.

Just finished watching the finale and I must say, I am so overwhelmed by all the emotions and feelings for the characters and the series right now. It is a great series that everyone should watch! Quality stuff from the first scene to the last one!

Godless is in my top 3 shows on Netflix along with Narcos and Peaky Blinders. Yes, it's that good!

This series was a true masterpiece. Directing and cinematography were amazing, Jack Daniels' character is one of the best villain I ve ever seen and Daniels gave me chills every time he was on screen. Btw the whole cast was great. Even the soundtrack was dope as hell. It's a crime nobody talks about it but I guess western is not for everyone. My only big problem is the last episode, it basically ruined what was a perfect visual and narrative experience, but still the rest is amazing and worth watching

I hope that Netflix will purchase or support shows of this high caliber! It was as equally good as the Italian spaghetti movies made with Eastwood only this included as many women as men. Plus I enjoyed having it show how strong women are,especially with what’s occurring in the news lately. Neither sex was depending on the other,it showed how healthy writers can depict both sexes as strong yet also weak at times as each really are. It also took the time to fully develop characters which creates either affection for or against the individuals. I’d enjoy more fully developed characters as in this and Sense 8,even Longmire. It takes some decent movie making where all must be achieved in their area of talent. Such as writer, director and actors. Even the music was very nice. It took some talented people to develop such a excellent mini series. I only hope they will make more and Netflix continues to support them in any way they can. Please buy more like this than Bushwick that had no plot and mostly bad actors. Godless was worth every penny spent.

Once I started couldn't stop watching. Great sets and landscapes. Love the whole western theme. Every actor looked natural and Jeff Daniel's acting is just breathtaking. Great work. Background score and opening theme music is another gem.

The plot is good enough, nothing out of the ordinary for a western. What stands out is that this show is freakin' beautiful! I mean some of those wide angle shots made my jaw drop. And the music here goes so well here.

This was amazing just finished watching the series, I was hoping there was more, I didn't like the ending though 😁. Jeff Daniels acting was amazingly good there were moments when iI thought he was so sincere and savage, the switches in character role was perfect, I hope he gets an award for his acting in this series.

This series was supposed to be great but its like Game of Thrones all over again, a lot of hype and tension building that was rushed and never resolved at the end. The women of La Belle had more tension buildup and reason to fight the new security team because they suddenly took over the town, but that whole plot went to waste by just having those guys suddenly run away and have Roy Goode do all the work. In a criss-cross moment, it was the ladies who had to fight a gang who had certainly had no beef with them, so there was no weight to it. They immediately turned to ruthless sharpshooters out of nowhere, especially that German lady. Plus the blackdom dudes, they could have utilized them at the last moment as a relief, have the gang overwhelm the town with Roy facing them and the sheriff to redeem himself. But what we got was like a stage play where the characters need to go into their positions for the final act.
