I literally have sat down multiple times in local synagogues and throughout their service, the word Elohim is spoken out in the Shemah, and throughout their Siddur. I really like Bryson but I had no idea he rejected the deity of Christ in favor of the Messianic view point which in my opinion one hundred percent puts into question whether he could even be considered a Christian in the first place. Bryson did mix up the names. Its "Yahweh" that Jews dont say at all as that is the most important name for God and only used for God, not humans or angels. When reffering to it, they will just say the 4 Heberew Letters of the word instead: Yud, Hay, Vav, Hay. Elohim and Adonai is said but only during prayers but not conversations. For regular conversation they will refer to God as HaShem (The Name).

I affirm the preexistence of the Son of God and believe that he was brought forth from the Father. However, my belief is that this event occurred in eternity past. So, in another sense, I would say he is eternally begotten (brought forth) rather than begotten in time.

Bryson has a religious mindset, no different to other religions, your works get you closer to God, you attempt to save yourself. Yes he believes what the Bible says that Jesus is Lord but hasn't been born again because he hasn't completely surrendered his will to Jesus. You can intellectually believe and use your will to change behaviour, however your nature will be drawn to sin, and will not be able to overcome sin until the penny drops from the head to your heart and you confess your a sinner and need Jesus as your Lord and saviour. It's the position of your heart God looks at. How do we know someone's heart? The Bible says out of the mouth the heart speaks. Self-righteous like the Pharisees were, Jesus offers us his righteousness. Only when you admit you're a sinner in need of a saviour and surrender your will to Jesus, will there be an instant transformation. You will be born again and the Holy Spirit will reveal God and restore your relationship with the Father. When you accept Jesus you'll receive the Holy Spirit, you also are restored to the Father. Then by the Holy Spirit, through the Son we speak to the Father and are made alive and whole, a new creation with access to our Father who empowers us to do his will. When you encounter and experience the presence of God and acknowledge he is who he says he is, there's an exchange where you hand over your mess of a life and Jesus gives you his righteousness, his faithfulness, his love, grace. Out of this gift our response is forever grateful that he loves us and live a life of obedience to God because we trust and know him and his love from personal experience. He then taught His disciples to pray to the Father in Jesus' name - and after He ascended into the heavenly kingdom, the Holy Spirit came down on Jesus' chosen people - by all three persons of the Only Triune God they were sent to baptize those who believed in the Son and to pray to the Holy Spirit to move them in accord to Gods' will (meaning both Father and Son, ofc). and what's with the little 'g', show some respect to our Lord.

Elohim funny enough in almost every single usage in the OT refers to a spiritual being. Whether it be angels, yahweh, false gods, or spirits. So to claim that Psalm 82 or Exodus 7 says other wise is a pure misunderstanding of the usage of Elohim in scripture. Michael Heiser's work on this in his book Unseen Realm documents this nicely.

He clearly doesn’t understand how the Trinity operates ad extra. The Father creates, through the Son, in the Holy Spirit. One thing that really stuck out to me was what the Bryson dude said at 1:41 Does he believe in works based salvation? There will be people on the day of judgment that will say exactly that to The Lord, "I did all of this stuff and got my life right and treated people right in your name, why would you send me to the lake of fire? or I did miracles and cast out demons and healed in Your name" and we all know that the Lord will say to those people. The divinity of all spirits comes from the eternal spirit which is God. The power of creation is our special gift that makes us in the essence of God. Jesus being created of virgin birth is the evidence of his divine nature and separation from man in purity of spirit. The oneness with God Jesus enjoys comes from NEVER being separated from the ONE eternal spirit that all spirits derive from. That Bryson person can’t show that the New Testament doesn’t teach the divinity of Jesus. Why does God the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit all have the same name if the Son and the Holy Spirit arent God! Why does the Holy Spirit have a name if its not personal. Sam Shamoun is a terrible person who insults Christians and the loved ones of those asking questions.. No we simply follow exactly how God reveals himself in the bible. God reveals himself in 3 ways. As The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Genesis you see all 3 persons of God. Genesis 1 God creates the heavens and the earth. Then we see ‘The spirit of God’/ The Holy Spirit, hovering over the waters.. then we see God walking in the garden and talking to Adam (The Son), we see God appear to Abraham wash his feet and eat with Abraham (this is The son).. and this is the moment Jesus revealed when he gave the answer to the Jews saying “before Abraham I am”.. that’s why they the Jews wanted to stone him to death because they knew he was calling himself God. Because God revealed to Moses that his name is YHWH ‘I am what I am’ and confirms that he had appeared to Abraham.

You want that verse to be Jesus says “I am, I am.” But it doesn’t. Jesus makes it clear from his own words he is the Son of YHWH the Almighty. The verse you pointed out fits perfectly with Jesus in John 17 “And now, Father, glorify Me in Your presence with the glory I had with You before the world existed.” He was with YHWH, he is not YHWH, again he is the son.

God is not sharing His glory, we are just unable to glorify a God we have not seen separate from the Redeemer that gives us access back to God. God is fully glorified in the redemption of man. Said another way, the redemption of man is God's unshared glory because it is the reason we glorify Him.
The importance of the belief in the Trinity is not as important as people make it. If you agree Jesus was divine and not just another prophet, the exact nature of his divinity means nothing IMO.

Jesus was begotten which means brought into existence , Jesus is a son ,son meaning offspring. How can a ONE eternal being contain Father and son within it , not logical .

I always thought that Angel meant messenger. Why would God need a messenger to create? If the angels helped create the world, why did God have to rest on the 7th day? The Bible says that Adam and his helpers (Eve and the animals) was responsible for the cultivation of the earth.
