I can see why you are excited about them. It does give lot of possibilities when focus even at low power.... Looking forward your next video to see how they handle in real usage .
Hey Justin, at 13:35 you start talking about beam angle but don't show how you changed the angle from 6 degrees to 55? Was that with the spotlight attachment?
Hi! thank you for the awesome review! Just a question: I've just bought a S30 unit and I have an issue with powering it with a power bank. As I switch it on, it turns instantly off (from 80 to 100% of power). I'm using a 5V, 2A power bank as suggested. It is normal? Have you noticed the same behaviour? Thank you!
So I’m thinking of getting one next week. Would this be bright enough for a backlight? I have a godox vl150 for my main light, I just thought a couple of these would round out my kit. And when it’s not a backlight put a Rosco m size gobo in there and use it in the back ground. Seems to be one of those utility lights you just need to have around. Is it?
Justin Phillip cool, thats what I wanted to hear. The other player in the space is the cam-tv Boltzen light. Have you tried the Boltzen’s? I know the popular one is 55 watts so I assume it would be to much. So the other question is 10% to much on the Godox?
Justin Phillip sounds like a plan. Thanks Justin, I love your content. I have binged watch your stuff many, many times. I think I found you when I was looking up the fotga follow focus, then got intrigued by your other content. I’m definitely interested in seeing what you did with those lights... keep rockin!
I thought this was kind of cool. Create a small photo on gel paper with a printer for a back ground. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y1bNjFHUQ6k.html
Will the S30 fixture turn on automatically after a power failure? (IE If powered on and then the cable is unplugged, will it turn on when reconnected?) If not, Does anyone have a recommendation for a fixture similar (focusable, lens, lightweight, reasonable cost, build quality) ?
