@TimBatan yes and no, its because of damage scaling...after the first 3 hits of a combo the damage is scaled so the more hits the less overall damage

DAMN! i had to watch 2 times the ending just to feel sorry for mago because i was super stunned by momochi's win. :O also the quality of this video in 360 is just great, unlike other videos -_-' Im glad to see some awesome akuma players out there.

@TFChino BC of Combo Scaling. Momochi landed a huge Roundhouse Loop on Mago before he Stunned him, which then adds to the Combo and reduces the Damage of further Attacks...

@dantecry12 Its because he was already in like 15 hit combo before the stun,so the damage reduction is big.

Because of combo damage scaling. If you do more than 3 hits in a combo, every following hit will do 10% less damage down to 10% of its regular damage. So because akuma did a 10-hit combo at 3:56, the ultra only did 20%.

@iniartas the cr.mp was a counter hit, thats why it linked

@drmario110 I'll be damned, I've been maining Akuma for a while. I can do the loop combo to an extent, but I never knew linking a C. MP into it was possible. i've also never seen Mago get rocked like this either.

i just cant stop watching this match...as soon as momochi sees one opening he starts beating the shit out of mago...and anybody who plays akuma know hows hard it is to hit the links on the jab -> roundhouse loop....its like he just never fails...almost inhuman

Momochi is such a monster. Easily my favorite sf4 player. Hope he uses Makoto as his secondary in ssf4 and comes up with some new tricks for her.
