@@XD-sc4ixhonestly the way they go about power scaling is wonky. Points is not a good way to scale. I’ve seen characters get way more points than they should simply for being smart, fast, and experienced. All of those don’t indicate they can beat whatever for they’re up against. Yorichii from demon slayer is a good example

The Dimitri Scaling was so wacky. Which is understandable considering how Fire Emblem characters usually don’t have that strong of non-gameplay Feats and are all pretty lose in terms of cannon strength, but still it’s definitely a huge stretch. It’s funny that they also included sword breaker as a dimitri speed advantage and that they had him using magic, which he’s terrible at. The speed feat they used was also pretty silly, especially because it’s based on accuracy in FE, meteor isn’t the most accurate spell or anything it’s less accurate than a few others and Dimitri dodging it just means that he’s fast enough that the mage using the spell can’t hit him. You could easily get 100% hit with meteor on Dimitri as a enemy too. Though yeah, point is power-scaling is super dependent on interpretation.

@@samkeiser9776 what’s even crazier is magic damage is reliant on resistance not defense, which is more about strength of mind hinting that there’s some illusionary power in it. I still think dimitri could win though as Guts is nowhere near city level or relative speed either, I just don’t like these wacky arguments to turn street tiers into one piece tier characters

@@firenze6478 I wish they implemented Lethality into dimitri for that fight because it’d be funny if dimitri hit guts like 4 times in a flurry and one triggered lethality and guts just died instantly. Another thing is that Dimitri technically can beat HH edelgard without weapons or assistance. Just like that’s only if you feed him everything. My personal headcannon with spells is that sometimes they miss at least partially because some of them are hard to control, so being accurate takes effort.

@@samkeiser9776 that’s fair, my only facet about that is that technically cloud can solo safer sephiroth, but it’s very clear by lore that he was meant to have help. I get taking a character at their best but their should be exceptions when their best breaks the canon of the plot. ( I know cloud soloed a sephiroth, but he was immensely weakened at that point) Only using cloud as a similar example.

It’s why it took 12 years for the next Japanese Godzilla to be released. It’s why the American Godzilla is so popular, because it appeals to the new generation. Toho wasn’t ignorant, they did something very smart and wise. They were patient and waited for a better opportunity.

I'm going to extend this, and give my reasons (I'm going to use my character's for this), powerscaling is not that great in it's set up, if i were to take zacuro (a continental leveled kaiju), and some random book says, "his breath is 2,000c" people will claim that he is city level or lower (looking at people saying stuff about mv godzilla), but if i were to say "zacuro can level planets with no problem" people will disagree about it.. heh? That makes no sense, right? If I'm the creator of that character, i think whatever i say will be the accurate point for the character, that IS how it works, but since it's not "leveled" with the 2,000c thing that i never put in there, it does not count? Ya, it SHOULD count, if the creator of the character's says it, then that is what is thare for the character, and that character will be completely inconsistent with the scaling, (I'm going to use mv godzilla for this part), if godzilla flinches at a rocket, he should be building level right? Ye, will godzilla (in a super weakend state bar in mind) took tons of megatons to the face by the end of g14, and walked it off like a joke, so he should be way higher then city level right, well mv's atomic breath is the strongest energy in the mv, (and that can mean stars to), so maybe star level? See what i mean by this? It does not add up, at all, and this goes for every character too, and this is partly why i have such a problem with powerscaling, the people, and the system is just set up wrong, you know what's better? Letting the maker of that version of the character choose how powerful it is, and they should have the freedom to do that, this goes for big creator's, and small creator's like me, let that maker choose hiw strong, or how the character is, which is why i hope people never powerscale my character's, because people are just going to say thing's that are not true about the character, this means if i want zacuro to me continental, he will be continental, but if i want him to be multi-planetary, he will be multi-planetary, end of story, no ifs or buts on this, powerscaling has kinda ruined this fanbase (most of the godzilla community), it's not even about cool animation's anymore, it's about "how strong is this character" or "can this character beat this character?", it's somewhat ruined the fun feeling of making godzilla animation's, because there will always be thr one person no matter what saying "this is wrong 💀, this kaiju should have won!!!!", and it makes it less fun to make them now, so in conclusion? But you also have a Godzilla with a heat ray that increases in power after every use (Burning Godzilla during meltdown), a Godzilla that can blast a hole from earth's surface down to the center of the world (Godzilla 2021) and a Godzilla that can warp some forms of reality (Godzilla Ultima)

​​​​@@omega-gojiroyah329 The reason why Legendary was able to blast a hole to the Hollow Earth was how fast it travels when being used, while his beam is 20,000° degrees. Not gonna lie, the travel time of Legendary's beam is freaking terrifying and OP but it still pales in power then other incarnations. Now so far, we've only seen Ultima terra form all of Tokyo with the red dust, we've yet to see him warp forms of reality. It's not to say he cannot, we just haven't seen him do it. Shin has potential in being the most powerful incarnation as the films states that he can mutate his body if needed, he can grow wings if need be and can regrow from a single cell, he even adapts/evolves right after being injured as we see him evolve the back beams right after being hit by a bomb that was dropped on him. He's still alive even being frozen by the coagulant but it's left on a cliffhanger which keeps him from being one of the strongest and is now a temporarily weak incarnation until we see more of him (which is unlikely). Feat wise, everyone should know that Heisei is the strongest incarnation while Godzilla Earth is much larger in length and height he only weighs about 100,000 tons and yeah he does have an insanely powerful beam but Heisei is capable of surviving black holes, the vacuum of space and being inside of a volcano for years without issue. He even survived Destoroyah who tried to slice him in half with his horn and the reptile only took internal damage rather than external damage. Even surviving the death of Spacegodzilla which destroyed the entire city and absorbed the energy from its broken shoulder crystals. In his Burning form if he were to die it would've either melted a massive hole to the Earth's core or outright a massive explosion which destroys the Earth's atmosphere and scorches everything on the Earth's surface. Even Destoroyah, a Kaiju who has the power and destruction of the Oxygen Destroyer struggled to fight him as Godzilla just blasted and punched chunks off the arthropod effortlessly forcing Destoroyah to use his ranged attacks. Legendary is very strong, but he still doesn't have as many impressive feats (no offense to any Legendary fans) as Showa who has more feats to make him more powerful than Legendary. @@kaijuar2003 Wouldn't consider shin as a weak incarnation even now.. really the only true downs side is his energy, which in the film he was already handling (awakened early and was still able to spam beams alot more than before) wipes tokyo, and beams of pure gamma energy (precise aim too) a phased array radar, almost instant regen.. and tanks everything Japan even threw at em all from just countering humans, not kaiju. (not even counting eva collab where he 1 shot his version of ghidorah)

Shin's beam is much more deadly than Legendarys and his regeneration is on par if not better than Heisei. Especially since he could regrow from a single cell within hours. It's just that he doesn't have feats in terms of battle with another Kaiju that keeps him from being one of the strongest, Shin has good potential of being up there with Heisei if not stronger. Firstly, Rip the legend, and I completely agree. I WISH this community had some self respect, but its so divided. So I make theses videos, to try and attract the fans that actually enjoy all of Godzilla, not just stans of one Single version. That's the whole point of my channel. The day debating stops (Or severely dies down) I wont have to make theses videos anymore!

Because the human technology in the Heisei era is more advanced, so them keeping godzilla in check is easier (plus Heisei godzilla isn't trying to destroy the very home he lives on) And this isn't hard to believe because there are so many examples of fictional stories where human technology is just broken (DC and marvel for example)
