Honestly, the moment when Godzilla tried to give Junior some of his life energy, only to fail before crying out in anguish, is one of those moments that is so monumentally heartbreaking that I genuinely shed tears whenever I watch it.

I really like Godzilla vs Destproyah. Is in my top 10 of my favorite Godzilla movies. Is a true emotional movie. For me in a way this movie corrected many of the flaws of the previous Heisei Godzilla movies and gave us a great Kaiju, one of the greatest enemy of Godzilla and who is also one of my favorite Kaijus: Destoroyah. The characters of this movie are really interesting and well characterized, the fights are great and is full of emotional moments. The ending of this movie is heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time: Godzilla dies of a terrible death, but with his death, he releases his radioactivity that gets absorbed by his son Junior, and thanks to that he returns to life as new king of the monsters. I cried when I saw it when I was little, and still today I cry like a baby.

I wish they brought Destoryah back into a new Godzilla movie as he looks amazing and was an amazing villain on how he killed his son and was able to do a lot of damage to Godzilla

This to me is how Godzilla's story ends as this movie I only saw when I was like 7 or 8 and Godzilla at that time was like a superhero to me to see him die made me cry :( but it was also a beautiful death and that his end saved his son made happy and also made me think for years the melinum series was JR's adventures -_-

Yay,a Redux To my favorite review on the AlexTheHaunted Channel,Which Godzilla Vs Destroyahsis my 5th Favorite From the Heisei series,and I have to say the Thumbnail does looks pretty good,Making Godzilla look similar to Iron Man with his Red Infinity Guantlet from Endgame(Sad)....But I have to say I think Godzilla Junior is pretty much portray as He's weaker than his father,Well seeing how He was only seen in 3 movies,and basically is seeing that Junior most have the worst childhood he ever had,Which is both from Being Kidnapped By Space-Godzilla,and Killed By Destroyah(But He's Reborn as the next Godzilla).

Ok in all seriousness here. I feel like destroyah will most likely be the thanos equivalent for the monsterverse. I mean he is hands down godzilla's deadliest foes for both humanity and Godzilla. They have both burning godzilla and the oxygen destroyer in Godzilla king of the monsters so it is possible that he will arrive shortly after godzilla vs king Kong.

Destroyah is one of the scariest monsters and strongest godzilla has fought in movies

It was that his moment that destroyah knew he f***ed up

The military have beaten kaiju a lot. This includes using giant robots like Mechagodzilla and MOGUERA. I can list all of the events in which the military killed kaijus: - Rodan was killee by the JSDF by blowing up a volcano, causing the Rodans to burn to death in the fire and lava. - Varan was killed by the JSDF by having him eat explosives. - Maguma was killed by a VTOL aircrafts lasers. - Dogora was killed by the JSDF by exposing it to tons of wasp and bee venom. - Gezora is killed with fire, not even by the JSDF, but by some people on an island. - Ganimes is killed with explosives, again by some people on an island. - Kamoebas and Ganimes 2 are killed by a volcano, which erupted due to the same people on the island detonating the volcano with explosives. - Hedorah is killed by 2 giant electric panels constructed by the JSDF, which were powered by Godzillas atomic breath. - Rodan is killed by Mechagodzilla, a weapon created by the military. - Godzilla is paralyzed and would have nearly been killed by Mechagodzilla (a weapon created by the military) had deus ex machina not saved him. - MOGUERA helps somewhat in killing Spacegodzilla - Destoroyah is killed by JSDF using freezing weapons - Zilla obviously - Godzilla is presumably killed by Kiryu, created by the military. - Ebirah is killed using some guns and rocket launchers by the mutants. - Shin Godzilla is defeated (temporarily) by the JSDF using a blood coagulent. - Godzilla filius is killed by the earthlings by causing an EMP. So yeah, the military, let alone people in general, have and can kill kaiju, not all kaiju, but quite a few.
