I believe this is because of timing issues too, since the exhaust port is raised higher than the 4 Speed block

Thank you for your kind words. Port chamfering is, although a very small but important aspect of a block kit and if not fixed at the beginning always effects the longevity of the kit. Most of the mechanics don't know or are just lazy to fix.

@@chiradip24 Definitely, the piston rings are the ones most affected when your port edges are so harsh. If possible, please try a port map comparison between the OE block and Goetze block.

@@BrattyBiker I really want to make a comparison video but the problem is that i have a 5speed RX and its ports are way too big and that would not be a fair comparison. I am looking for an old discarded 4s block.

Thank you for the appreciation.. I don't think Rx135 block can be directly fitted on Rx100 as they have different crank shafts and more importantly different cylinder heads. Since i don't have an Rx100 so i am not 100% sure, please do your research.

I am yet to do the install since I waiting on my crankshaft repair. I will post a part 2 video soon after the install with feedback. Thanks

No you cant. the connecting rod of Rx100 and Rx135 are different.

@@chiradip24 Yeh ek OEM supplier ka product hai? Itna average finishing? Original ke aas paas bhi nahi hai, mere paas 100 percent stock well condition RX135 2001 model hai regularly use ke liye mein 2007 se 45ml 2t use karta hun by pump mere engine mein stock cylinder chal raha hai. Jo 2t se experiment karega uska RX mein Piston mein awaz ayega.

@@mumthajkamar5841 differentiate between what? i didn't get your question. and for the pickup issue with new kit, there are 2 primary points to be checked, 1. Piston clearance (which in case of this kit is taken care of with colour coding 2. Port chamfering (please see some videos on this topic on youtube), this is an absolute must before installing a new kit, since sharp port can eat away rings in very short time leading to drop in pickup.

I bought this and gave it to mechanic so am not sure about color code and alll. If you give some information on that i can cross check with my machanic. Let me know your insta id . @@chiradip24 that's the problem bro I was searching for original Goetze source for it and when I contacted Goetze they said there are many copy makers and they copied their name and blocks and sold in market, original Goetze had tie up with Yamaha and that time they delivered good quality

@@chiradip24 the outsourced company has not delivered good quality this is what I understand,but when Yamaha was selling rx100 that time Goetze had skilled labour and strong quality check this is what I can guess.

@@chiradip24 I checked on internet and got to know that Goetze originally from Germany but now owned by Federal Mogul and there is one more who is the vendor for federal Mogul who makes pistons and rings for federal Mogul under name of Goetze so Goetze is just name for them to attract customer and sale, they are not botherd about quality but they concern money this is how big companies run their buisness but I found original Japanese companies they maintain their quality very well even if it's outsourced.

Yes but crankshaft change karna hoga. Rx135 ka connecting Rx100 se length mein zyada hai.
