I don't think it's anyone there's fault. The legend says that the sword is stronger than all else so why would it break at that? Clearly, they lied or it had another meaning like gohan said. Supreme kai, goku and gohan were just performing a performance/endurance test and training
@@littlemoth4956 yeah, i read from another source that beerus actually said that the sword was indestructible because the old kai was inside, and since if the kai died, he would die too and he couldn't 'protect' him while he napped soooo...
@@fengliu975 shin is actually a supreme kai in training like zamasu. The original supreme kai that moro was absorbed by buu so he had to take over. Plus, him and beerus are both incompetent at their jobs. That's literally a plot point in dbs.

@@brazyristi can understand super buu worrying supreme kai but fat buu was getting rocked by ssj3 goku, evil buu would most likely also get rocked, and goku got gohan, vegeta, piccolo, kais and the z rest of the z fighters on his side
not sure it was filler but when buu was fighting vegito,buu regeneration started to fail so maybe there's a limit to how much he can regen in a certain amount of time
@@majinnemesis He was getting strained after continous regenerations from energy attacks. But reattaching limbs that were cut off would not exhaust majin buu.

Dude how did everyone in this comment section get this wrong? Density is measured mass per volume. So as long as the second object is smaller would in fact have higher density but less mass. 5 kilograms of iron is more dense but has less mass than 10 kilograms of water.

I like these moments that show just how strong the main cast is. These guys are gods and they’re just in aw at how strong these guys are. Shin threw Goku the densest and hardest metal in the universe and Goku just threw it at gohan with ease, with gohan breaking the z sword of legend. These guys are just too strong
Well, imagine this, a sword of steel vs a block of gold. That steel sword might be a stronger material than gold, but it’s a fucking big ass gold cube against a thin piece of metal. Then if you were to make a sword out of some material from the gold cube, it’d be worse than the steel sword.

No mass means property of body aswell as a measure to resistance of acceleration so he doesn't mean volume he means mass or he would of just said smaller and more dense instead
The fact that gohan (who is supposed to be the smart one) is just going along with this tells you so much about how chi chi raised him over those 7 years.

The whole stage was supposed to be made of some super kacchin and it just shattered like nothing. Fucking krillen and the weakest people smashed it up.
@@Attalic agreed. It doesn't matter how strong a metal is. Enough kinetic energy is able to cut through anything. 16000 psi water jets can easily cut through even the hardest of metals like titanium or platinum, even though they're just water shooting at very fast speeds. That means that Ki blasts with enough kinetic energy can easily break though any metal of any density.

@@borgoat1220 you can't decrease overall mass. You're think of weight... Not mass. You're making the same mistake he is. There are a lot of comments on this because of the error. There's no arguing this. It's just plain wrong. It's like saying the sky is green.
You’re the one who failed physics. Here’s an analogy: a small gold coin would be DENSER but have LESS MASS than the boulder. The kachin cube also has less mass than the boulder, but it’s denser, just like a gold coin would be.

Well DBS explain that it was just beerus that that put the elder kai into the z sword. So it was just a regular sword at the time. The weight probably came from the elder kais Ki.
