Most of this stuff outside the devil reversal crush isn't new so maybe the videos just poorly worded but cool gameplay ls none the less. You can arguably staple 4x ewgf electrics in combos if you have the execution now.
i wouldnt call 4x ewgf into df12 a staple, it's still too inconsistent even with really good execution. even PGF was having trouble with it on stream. but maybe I'm wrong and over time people will start to staple it. 3x ewgf is definitely a staple tho although it's not really that much better compared to other combos for how finicky it can be
The patch kind of fixed the DF1 hitbox, which needed to be fixed. After the patch, the DF1 hitbox is still worse than the Tekken 7 df1 hitbox. Kazuya got a fake buff. His df1 was simply FIXED. In exchange for fixing DF1, they nerfed his FF2 and made DF 1,4 unsafe on block, which sucks. Bros. KAZUYA IS WEAKER. TEKKEN Developers hate Kazuya. These were fake buffs. Also, CD 1+2 is too slow to use at high-level play. The move is like 24 frames slow. That move is still useless. After the patch, F+2 is not hitting well, and the 3+4...string is whiffing at the wall. Kazuya is weird now. Stop promoting these fake buffs. Kazuya got nerfed again. Jin is a bizillion times stronger because of all the tools he possesses. Harada mains Jin, so he will always manage to make Kazuya way weaker than Jin.
Yap yap yap. The df1 hitbox is still good nonetheless. You don't need to do 3 electrics into bound, that's why you have CD1+2. You can use it from wavedash if you want, but it is your new bound mov. You can get 74 to 79 damage without 3 electrics anymore and that's impressive from an electric launch (Even ff3 gets 74 to 76). He can get 80 without walls from while rising 2. On another note, this "worse" hitbox can launch 112, a 10f punish. Yes, 112 is a launcher now when your opponent slides into the wall for 40 plus damage. FF2 is nerved universally amongst Mishimas and kaz has the most pushback, Jin's has more tracking and range. Just do back 2,4 into df2 for an unavoidable 50/50.
