These make much more sense, thank a lot for the clarification. (His accent was pretty difficult for me, and I thought she was talking about the cost when mentioning 36-40 because I didn't imagine it could be that strong )

agree, Im also a traveler with a very modest channel and it doesn't have more views because doesn't reach 1000 subscribers to get a good positioning (I have same problem, hehehehe)

Kiev had abpuy 15%-20% jews, there was no restriction on them living there. Kiev was a russian and jewish city. Ukrainians were a small minority. All tye cities in novorossiya and little russia had russian majorities and jewish minorities in the imperial period. Jews were mostly urban
