Pretty gross yeah we all have choices but she’s not a Kardashian where she can quiet her job and be surrounded by wealth. She’s currently having to sue him for moving out of a $250,000 investment of hers … I’m sorry a man would never leave a quarter of $1 million investment. The network also had a choice when she said she was not gonna film with him. This was her last time to film with him. They could’ve respected her choice and not force it. There are bravo shows do not talk to each other New Jersey half of the cast doesn’t speak or film with the other half Potomac they don’t film or speak to the other half. She showed up to places on every single episode where he was and when he needed some smoke, she gave it to him

Ariana DID film with Tom. She showed up to the beach, and the events, and did her job. Her cast mates shaming her for not being willing to talk to him or make HIM feel more comfortable was the problem.

She showed up to every event and had to endure her “friends” bring up Sandoval and how he’s “changed” every chance they got. What more are you looking for? The story editors, Alex and Jeremiah and Lisa were/are the problem. Giving the cast an ultimatum half way through filming saying if they don't film with Sandoval then they don't have a show and production will just pack up now and no paychecks for anyone.... They (prod) were just butthurt they laid out an A storyline of Sandoval's redemption and nobody wanted to play ball, so they forced them and this is what we got. A disingenuous clusterfπ€k. The strategy they had in conjunction with his PR failed because he then couldn't stick to the script and kept saying things (like the G Floyd comment in his times article 😬😬) and it was too late to pivot or backpedal on the season. Can't wait for it all to be over so the girls can all become friends again.

I am really disappointed in the VPR segment and basically hearing Nick crapping on Ariana. At the time of scandoval coming out Ariana didn’t have a lot of money. She needed to do season 11. And honestly I’m glad she was on to show the real situation of breaking up and setting boundaries. That’s exactly what she did. She held her boundaries. This should be recognized and appreciated more than it is. It shouldn’t be shit on at all regardless being on TV. This is actual reality.

Maybe consider this. A woman and man work at the same place. They break up. The woman and man both continue to work their jobs, but they aren’t required to interact for their jobs, though their interacting would make everyone else more comfortable. I don’t see how anyone thinks she’s not over it how come you were quite getting over it would never bring it up again or letting Tom off the hook for all his behaviour? Like the girl has a very high functioning career right now, including Broadway, book sales, and hosting love island. She’s buying a house she’s trying to get Tom to sell their house so she has absolutely nothing to do with him anymore I see a woman who’s moved on everybody else around her seems to not move on or just want her to pretend it never happened as their idea of moving on and that’s bullshit. In an interview with her, she revealed that in her contract with the production for season 11, it was agreed that she would not be obligated to film in situations she is not comfortable with or that are staged Tom had all the time in the world to apologize and he didn't and then he walked up to her at a party full of people in full view of the cameras she felt like a vehicle for the final episode for Tom

Nick, when Ariana signed a contract for season 11, the situation was that the whole team was by her side and supported her and was furious with Tom, so she felt that she was not the one who should leave. The filming things have changed I think Ariana has gotten over Tom but he will always remain a traumatic memory for her and meeting him is quite difficult for her because of things he does such as approaching her and talking to her about the house that is in legal dispute, approaching her at a party full of people when she knows it is a staged scene and not real You should move on and be happy. You don't need to forgive the man who betrayed you, humiliated you and then constantly attacked you and put the blame on you. Let's just say that Tom's behavior is intolerable and narcissistic.

I find it interesting that Nick along with lala and Tom all say Ariana should move out, should quit..why shouldn’t it be Tom who moves out of the house? Also why aren’t we talking about the love bombing he was doing towards scheana and brock to win them back, along with his mask slipping in the last episode? Or Brock trying to bulldoze Katie at the lunch in Chinatown into changing her lived experience with Sandavol. THESE are extremely toxic traits and it’s interesting that everyone glosses over this instead choosing to and focuses on what Ariana should or shouldn’t be doing. Crazy huh?!?

Can you please do your research on these topics before you discuss - you keep on saying that Ariana hasn’t watched the episodes and a lot of your arguments are based on that. At the LA times book festival she said that she didn’t watch the episodes during her initial Chicago run but she did eventually watch the episodes (and said she was shocked by the confessionals) Nick is becoming a Tom sympathizer and it’s driving me CRAZY

The great thing about an ensemble cast means they all don't have to be doing the same things all together in every scene - it allows for diversity and depth. They need different energy levels, if everyone was/is on 10 all the time the 'drama' would have no impact. Reality is that not everyone in a friend group do everything together all the time. Impressed Ari showed up to film with him in the same vicinity so many times so close to being broken.

Completely valid for Ariana to appear distressed at the reunion when production and her “friends” repeatedly gaslit and criticized her all season for exercising healthy boundaries. It's a reality show and Ariana is living her reality. We don't want her faking how she feels. The reality is she wouldn't want to talk to him. Also just because things were done a certain way in the past doesn’t mean things can't change and people can't and shouldn't grow. I like that some people have grown past immature behavior where they dont respect others. Thst is great and real It3s not real if people act bad just for the show. For those that are looking for that type of behavior i guess figure out why that is so entertaining to you. I like it when there is grwoth in people. it's a very unique position for a woman to be in where you share near to a decade with someone, plan your future/family planning and to then be single in your 30's. It's not a regular break up it has layers and the betrayal stings deep, so in my opinion Ariana gets to choose for herself how she wants to engage with Tom for her own wellbeing. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you it takes years to heal from with many stages of grief. 💖

For VPR I also think Ariana didn’t have any other deals made when she signed up for season 11. This was so early on I don’t know if she had dancing with the stars or chocago at that time. And she said she was broke in March and so I think this was her first opportunity to secure money and make a plan to leave the house

Exactly!!! She started to get brand deals and at least one was filmed during season 11. And even if she did have DWTS it didn’t start until after filming so she wasn’t going to get paid until she did the show. So financially she made the right decision to stay in the house and film in season 11.

Just want to point out that when Lala, Sandoval and Scheana were all talking shit about Ariana at the end of the final episode, EVERYONE on the cast and production was there to see and hear that except Ariana. So when they show that scene at the reunion Ariana will be the ONLY person in that room that will be seeing and hearing that for the first time. If you look at the sneak peek of the reunion, Ariana is smiling when Lala and Scheana are talking because she still thinks that they are friends... She was probably heartbroken to hear the things that Lala and Scheana said. And upset that Tom activated them by telling the cast that Ariana “talks shit about all of them and hates everyone “ which he later admitted on Watch What Happens live that he basically lied.

your lack of comprehension baffles me at times she is willing to coexist with him she's been to most events that she could attend but she doesn't want him to directly talk to her which he does to get a reaction from her she doesn't want to get back with him so what is the purpose of a convo who does that benefit other than Tom? Why does Ariana need to quit the show? To make others happy because her “fragile” state of mind is making you feel uncomfortable? She deserves to be there. It’s also a good thing to show other that it’s ok to set boundaries and it’s ok to take a long time to heal. She was with that poor of an excuse of a man for 10 years!!! When you have hopes and plan a future with someone it takes a long time to like how Nick puts it “get over it”. I like that we’re seeing her process this heartbreak in her own way, and I can’t wait to see her rise up! I want to see her move in to her new house and celebrate her newfound success. Let her be. Love is a difficult emotion. Just because you break up with someone it doesn’t mean that you stopped loving them and the memories don’t just go away over night. It’s been a year, yes but she was with him for 10 years! She never wanted to have kids until him! She had her eggs frozen for him! To make him a dad! That’s a big deal for a woman. Anyway, I wish we could get over the narrative that she needs to get over it just because others can’t comprehend the pain or the healing process she’s going through.

She simply doesn’t want the guy to intrude on her personal life space and that’s fair….. they have been in the same places on every freaking episode. She just doesn’t wanna interact with him the way that you may want it, but she gave you that standard before she filmed, but you thought that you were gonna be able to remove her boundary and you were not successful.

We also have to recognise that the show has been on air for over a decade and during that time there has been a profound shift in societal consciousness towards women and how they are treated by the opposite gender. Patriarchal and misogynistic stereotypes and archetypes are no longer praised and pushed into the zeitgeist and pop culture is reflective of that change.

Well, as possibly the only person in the comments who skipped the VPR segment (because I don't watch or care), I really enjoyed this episode! I love Joel and his dry humour, as usual. I usually skip the advice segment, but I loved the way Joel spoke to and encouraged that woman. Really fun episode (minus the VPR stuff, I guess). 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

So I think I totally know what Nick was talking about 😅 videographers these days only do the 3 minute or 15 minute videos of the wedding and do not provide the raw footage of the entire wedding. My husband and I talked to so many videographers until we found one that would provide us with the 3 minute video, PLUS the 3 hour long video of the ceremony and reception AND gave us the raw footage too. Mind you it was the same price for the 3 minute/15 minute video combo which is typical now from videographers and such a rip off!! We wanted every second to be able to go back and watch. We were so lucky to find a vendor who gave us exactly what we wanted. My suggestion to Nick & the show - have a wedding planner/coordinator come on and discuss the entire process and what is typical service for each vendor so you can blend it in lol but from my own experience I think I guessed correctly because this was a struggle for us too! Sorry to hear you guys got cornered :( hope you get all the footage!! ❤

if we're going to treat Tom with kid-gloves, Ariana deserves the same. Ariana isn't asking for pity. Let her have her emotions. Sandoval still brings up how Kristen wronged him from 10 years ago. We've all asked him to get over it, and yet he still brings it up. Let's have this conversation about Ariana when she's the one forcing this narrative, not when production is forcing the conversation. You can't ask Ariana how she feels about something and then get weird when she expresses her feelings. Like what in the ever loving hell are we talking about here? the drama is interesting but I only watch for Ariana because it's great to see someone inject a bit of normalcy amongst the drama. we all fancy ourselves to be the type of person who adds sense in the midst of the nonsensical. that's what Ariana represents to us, that's why I watch. if I wanted super trash television, I'd watch Zeus.

videographer i think. he got some of whatever he wanted , but not all of it. sounds like he either wanted what they cut out or he only originally paid for X minutes of footage and they’re trying to charge him more for the rest of it.

It shouldn't be on Ariana to save the show. In reality she would not speak to Tom so why film something with him alone just to be villianise and to give Tom a redemption ark. It ain't natural. Ariana, Katie and James were the only authentic.cast members and the rest were heavily produced and scripted. Tom and Lala looked ridiculous. I loved the ending with Ariana walking out.

I actually agree with Nicks take. At a certain point, we hope for Ariana to get over it and not be triggered by him. For HER own happiness and not being bitter. Also, she was the main character this season but she doesn't give main character energy when it comes to the show. Other aspects sure; but she's not giving main character on the show. We need entertainment. She's always been kind of under the radar as Nick said. She doesn't like the drama and that's FINE, but for a reality show to thrive; the cast (especially a main character) needs to show the good the bad the ugly. Not just the good & let's just ignore everything else. Tom isn't going away. Everyone else on the cast has had to have the tough conversations ON CAMERA, Ariana doesn't wanna give that. The audience - whether some want to admit it or not - actually wants to see her stop COASTING & actually get in touch with her emotions and feelings and not just say, "I want him to go away." He's not going away ya know.

The vendor Nick is talking about I would guess would be photography and filming related and that they have some of the pictures /film held hostage. [ maybe even some old sentimental pics/videos of Nick & Natalie growing up ]

This is a big part of her livelihood. She's had opportunities from this but how long will it all last. I'm sure Ariana wants the show to fall back on. Anyone in her situation would worry about losing that incone after 11 years.

In regards to the vendor they didn't want to mention. I feel if they had a full service wedding planner, they should have read through the contracts to make sure to catch these things before 60 days out mark. And if it's not in the contract then it shouldn't be able to be enforced. Just my 2 cents but it seems their wedding planner didn't fully do their job? My guess is it's the videographer since they mentioned speeches and not having full access to it. Video usually includes an edited video and you don't have access to all the speeches and dances unless you pay extra to get the raw footage and some just don't offer the raw footage so these are things that a planner should be catching for their clients :)
