Speeding is pretty much legal in Turlock. I live 3 houses away from the high school, 25MPH zone always. People almost every day routinely hit 45-50+ MPH on a daily basis. less than 400 ft. from the school , day and night all year round without consequence. With only 3 traffic officers there's no slowing down anywhere in town. Drag racing, and Side Shows every night. Someone is probably going to have to die in a speed related accident before it becomes an issue and speeders are penalized for stupidity.

I love in Turlock and there are many parts. You don’t have to take the freeway to get to places you could all go through town the reason she went on the freeway is because she went from Delhi to Turlock at the beginning but you don’t have to use the freeway to go places. The weather is nice year round also we have a lot of sunny days
