Going Gray 3: Toning and Enhancing Silver Hair- this is the third time I have used the Manic Panic Blue Steel to enhance my gray. I like it because it's easy and inexpensive but I have been cautious! First I mixed it with Pastelizer and used it all over. Then I did half diluted with the Pastelizer and half full strength, and now I did full strength all over and show you the results side by side and in full sunlight (and I didn't even burst into flame with my vampirish skin).
