Hear is my question its my balance on the bike its not good i have had two minor falls lately can you give me some advice please on improving balance .sorry im 89 years.

To improve your balance on the bike, do this: 1. Get a mountainbike or something with fat tires for good traction 2. Don't inflate the tires too much (for even more traction) 3. Make sure your seat is low enough that you can easily touch both feet to the ground, very comfortably 4. Ride slowly in a straight line 5. When comfortable, start turning more, to develop your handling skills 6. Progressively slow it down, and it'll get harder, and build your balance! You can ride around parking lot lines or any kind of little slalom you can set up, and if you lose your balance you'll be able to put your feet down. My dad's also 89 and he's riding too!! Keep at it!
