I actually think this one is so much nicer than the G2, i have this same exact one with Hajimoto reg 2100psi larger bottle, installed hammer spring adjuster, and opened up the transfer ports on barrel and bolt block, and tuned barrel for slugs this thing is a beast shooting 40 grain slugs getting 74+ft lbs on med power. They should actually bring these stocks back
Running stock .25 . You say your pushing 40 fpe, same here at 45 fpe according to chrony with 25.39 gr. So what pressure did you set your reg? I read the stock Gauntlet regs are like a box of chocolates, mine came at 1700 psi. I tried a second regulator at 1900 but stock hammer spring hated it with less fps-fpe and bigger spread. I'm staying at 1700 to avoid throwing more money at a $220 rifle as it's fine where it's at;) Thx, good video!
