Ok I realized after recording the other ST Lancer I was thinking was Melusine lol The buff to Scathach also happened after this video was recorded! (They did it on purpose I swear). But yeah this is likely the last year my GSSR video is formatted like this. For new years it should hopefully be very different to make it easier on me and better for people looking for help! Im personally thinking of summoning on either saber 2 or rider 2. Saber 2 i only have the trung sisters but i really wante charlamagne, ibuki, muramasa or okita alter summer. Im ok with beni enma and could care less about asolfo saber. Rider 2 I have none of them but I dont want constantine because i dont think i would get any use out of him unless he had a higher NP level but the others are so good that getting any one of them would be nice. right now I need an AoE saber, Castor or Assassin. Sabers- overloaded with Single target 5 stars Archer I am fine on, need more arts and quick 5 star but right now moriarty, napoleon and gil work fine i have all my needs met Lancer- fine on those though could use an AoE arts lancer Rider- Im fine on them with Tai gong, odysseus, nemo and Ozy Castor- I have no offensive castors in my 5 star and it would be nice to have one but i dont want to risk getting skadi or merlin again literally if they moved both of those to the castoria banner and murasaki to the caster 1 banner i would have 100% gone for this Assassin- Dire need of a good AoE Assassin. as much as i like cleopatra I need a better AoE assassin. i would be open to either semiramis or shuten douji but the odds dont work in my favor Berserker- I dont need any Berserkers, AoE musashi summer, morgan and arjuna alte, I have gintoki and cu alter as single targets and nightingale who sees no use Extras- I have a lot of these extra class servants from banners and the combinations just dont look appealing to me. the only ones im interested in are jalter, taira and melt. I would be ok with yang as well but the rest take or leave and space ishtar if i get her np 2 i would be ok with but other than that i do not need many of them
Damn I'm still suffering PTSD from the last anniversary where i rolled for the banner(3knights+extra) where i had 1 in 8 to have summer abby (which i had at np3 cause fck me) and ending getting her while i could get anyone else that i didn't own and still don't... now have her at np4 sitting in archive
Ooof... yeah that's rough. It's why I don't ever GSSR with a unit like that on it. My Brother had similar odds with a GSSR with Merlin on it. Every other unit was new and Merlin was the only one he already had. So of course he got Merlin.

@@yukio9723 If it was me I would still go for it because I like Beni and wouldn't be heartbroken if I got her NP 2. There is no logic behind the idea that you always get a unit you already have... it's just that rng is a bitch.
Out of the 3 card types (not including the "Extra" card), I only need a buster support. Therefore, I'm obligated to try and get Koyanskaya of light... Plus, her final ascension art is absolute perfection
The Lancer one is pretty nice since Melusine is nuts. Top tier single and aoe lancer. It’s a great chance for people to get her. I’ll probably go for extra 5 since I don’t have most of them. Van Gogh would be great. The Castoria one isn’t bad and half tempted to go for NP2 for her since it wouldn’t hurt to get Miss Crane off that…
Yeah I've loved using Melu since I've gotten her. It's actually kind of tough to remember a time where I didn't have her there to help out with a tough fight or to take down a group of enemies. I'm pretty happy with my np 1 castoria but ngl it would be nice to have her NP 2... damn it now I'm thinking of Caster 2 lol
@@PurpleWokeyMelusine definitely has made both farming and challenge quests so much more doable. Being flexible in fgo can sometimes be a jack of all trades situation. But Melusine is just darn good at various things. Yeah the more I think on Caster 2 the more tempted I am. LB6 made me kind of want NP2 for Castoria and not like it’d hurt anything. But who knows. Still some time left.
Lancer 2 is tempting, chance at NP3 Melusine, NP2 R=Q, and I don't have Ryoma at all. I've been working towards a 10/10/10/10/10/10 level 120 banana lancer on the side, so there's also that in the SRs. Other than that, extra 5 because Kingprotea is in a similar boat as summer banana. Also, Van Gogh NP2 and I'd be fine with the extra NP levels for the others there too.
problem with him is that is just ramping up against 1 single target and that doesnt help with farming, then in most of current CQs and advanced quests both for NA and JP is that either the enemy has the anti fun green man for everything or they just clear their debuffs everytime u break 1 gauge. then with his other buffs most of the time he will overkill over 1 single target and the others might not be finished up, melu doesnt care and she has the pierce invul button for easy mode so she can bring black grail everytime (u will get black grail in this anni btw)
@Cruz_Wein I'm not sure about the jp side but I can't think of a recent cq where the enemy had immunity not to mention he does apply roman on multiple targets with his np. Cleanses do hurt his overall potential though.
Im thinking either the last saber banner for decent gets, or that melu lancer banner which i dont have any but melu which is perfect, now theres also the berserker 2 banner which is just a win anyway despite me having the girls and not arjuna. Theres also the extra 3 one where its also nice.
I'm in a similar situation. I just luck sack pulled Kama last night on the interlude banner while intending to go after assassin 2. I really want Semiramis but getting np2 Kama or Koyan isn't bad right? But now that I have 2 of the 3 I'm tempted to go after the Lancer 2 cuz Romulus and Melusine are good units and I have none of those lancers. 🙃
My only foreigner is summer mhx alter. Ill be rolling extra 5 since I won't be too disappointed if I end up with Kingprotea but I'd be ecstatic with any of the other 4
Well I have all of the big 3 berserkers, I got very lucky on getting Castoria with a throw away multi this year. However the lancer banner has 3 servants I don’t have but tried to get on all of their releases so I win regardless neat
Honestly I thought about Berserker 2 But I really like the Trio in Lancer 2 and wouldn't mind getting any of them cuz Melu is crazy op, Ryouma is just one of my favs and Romeulus is funny Rome guy. I hope I get Summer Melt or another Don
Yeah if you like those trio of lancers then I say Lancer 2 is the way to go! I love using my Melu and Ryoma. Plus Romulus is good too while being a silly rome loving dude!
For me it's either the berseker 2 banner since I have Arjuna, Musashi and NP3 Morgan so there's no L but dupes are boring. The 2 last extra banners have big jackpots, but also characters I don't want like Bunyan
I had to have Melusine the moment I saw her a year ago when I started playing FGO. Her, Koyanskaya of Light, and Morgan were the ones I had to have. I went with Lancer 2, and ended up with Melusine, Don Quixote, and Romulus=Quirinus. Now I have all 3 servants I wanted the most at np1. I pray I can snag np2 for Morgan and Melusine later in the year, and also pick up an Oberon finally.
Berserker 2 let's goooo 🙏 i desperately want np 2 for my altjuna, id be happy to have Morgan, and sashizerker really just mehhhh since i already have her at np1 but 2/3 odds of being over the moon is worth the gamble
Summer Musashi actually debunked the whole Archer class in terms of dealing damage to Saber servants, *including single target ones* , if I'm not mistaken the only ones able to surpass her absurd super effective damage is Sei Shonagon if for a miracle she hits all of her three power mods simultaneously on enemy and Tameromo if you successful stall enough to deal maximum damage with his NP.
I’m going for extra 2 since DKN is one of my 4 targets for this year but I also wouldn’t mind most of the others except I’m not interested space Ishtar. Meaning I’ll probably get her
I have your back on Cleo. Love her look and design idea but her damage came up short in a rider challenge quest for me. Sidenote when is the next gramps solo rate up?
Yeah it's a shame because I do love her but she just needs a lil more to make her a bit more of a modern unit. Also King Hassan next gets a solo rate up when Tiamat releases! Which is a ROUGH time for any banners to release
Yeah...What makes Cleo good is that she's a self-sustaining DPS, with healing, Def, good NP gain/star gen, and invul... And then we have to cry whenever IP whiffs the attack buff, and she hits like a squeaky hammer. I think the only things she needs is a buff success rate buff, and a crit dmg buff. Otherwise, her stats are good, just lacking consistent dmg.
Had Berserker 2 in mind for a year or so. I considered changing when I managed to pick up Morgan during the Trung event, but decided if I get np2? Worth. Also, the 4 star pool is tiny and gives me maybe np2 Kriem, or Dino Mom.
Berserker 2 was my go to awhile back when I didn't have Arjuna Alter because I wouldn't mind NP 2 of Morgan or Musashi. Now that I got all 3 It's still my current 1st choice just because I would like NP 2 of each.
My wants for gssr: Oberon: The bastard has evaded me twice. Both times I had 8 multis plus tickets for him. Charlemagne: Best boy. I tried to get him but Jinako slapped me in the face instead. I was genuinely so upset I almost cried. Merlin: His design is one of my favorites plus I find him funny. I've been collecting the knights of the round like pokemon cards, or at least trying to, so obviously I need the wizard. Morgan: She's strong with a cool design. Plus I have basically everyone else in the lb6 cast aside from her and Oberon. It just makes sense. Gilgamesh: I want to reunite him with Enkidu and that's kinda the only reason. I genuinely can't make up my mind for who to go for. I mostly go off favorites and not meta, doesn't hurt that most of my favs end up being meta, but there's so many choices this time I'm kinda stuck. I wish they separated some of these into more banners.
I'll stick with my number one rule and go for a banner where I'm sure to get a new servant. There were 4 options but I'll go with Caster 1. 40% chance of getting either Merlin or Skadi is really good and even I get one of the other, I couldn't be mad because it's still a new unit. Plus, it would be a nice bonus if Sheba decides to pop up as the SR
@@PurpleWokey Next time Reines shows up you should roll for her. She is cracked. I got her at NP3 during the El-Melloi rerun and love her immensely. She is the best Rider in the game, IMO. Also, she is a great characte in El-Melloi series. I gotta stop being lazy and read the LNs.

Might have to follow suit have np3 koyan castoria and oberon even np5 miyu but have never been graced by skadi or merlin and I’m planning on np5 summer wu so summer skadi should be guaranteed
Going to roll on extra 2 missing 4/5 servants with bb at np2 worse case scenario np3 best case scenario I get nobu avenger or artoria with space Ishtar and qin as alternate options
I’m gonna go with Archer 1 ou Berserker 2 As I want to complete my Artoria collection, the only thing missing is Archoria and Maid Alter. Yes, I know there is an Archoria and Maid Alter banner before GSSR but I'm having bad luck. As for Berserker 2, I want more NP from Morgan.
I'm honestly stuck between 3 choices: Zerker 2 & the Extra class banners that have Ruler Moriarty & Douman. Zerker 2- Using Support Morgan has made me realize helpful she is for the multicore farming flexibility & I wouldn't mind S. Musashi as a consolation prize considering she's strong in her own right. NP3 Arjuna would be worst result but at the same time oddly enough, I don't think I'd be mad considering that's the weakest NP upgrade level wise. I plan on rolling for Ruler Moriarty in December but if I can get him sooner that would be amazing. I have NP4 Douman & I've honestly considered summoning 2 more copies of him & upping the chaotic jester energy.

Debating between Saber 2 for NP5 Ibuki, Lancer 1 for NP1 Scathach, or Caster 2 for NP3 Murasaki (luckily none of those banners have any Servants I dislike, just ones I don't care much about). I was leaning toward Caster 2 initially, but after Scat's buff it's like she's calling me (not that I'm going to actually get her). I lucked into an NP5 Melusine (as a GSSR only) so I'm REALLY not hurting for a Lancer but all my bases are covered so at this point I'm just sniping for favorites and/or NP levels.
I managed to get Jaques in one roll when her banner came out, and I've tried to get use out of her - I really have. But at NP1 even with two Skadi and an Oberon to support, she tends to fall short. I would love to have her at NP2 - but I'm set on Lancer 2 for ROME!!!!
After her NP buff, Summer Musashi basically does more damage than like 90% of all archers against sabers. It's basically if they don't have an NP upgrade, then Summer Musashi is just the better archer. 😅 And even then, some may be weaker than her without an SE niche or mod. Also, regarding Douman vs Karen. Karen definitely does more dmg and stronger as a looper. But Douman has much more multi-core use and support utility. So Douman is a better overall unit, but Karen is definitely a top quick DPS/looper.

I am going with the broken Berserker 2 group. I want NP4 Morgan and have a 33% chance of getting her and the other two on the banner are also beyond broken with Musashi and Arjuna Alter. There is also a 25% chance of getting another copy of Kriemhild as a 4 Star. The only other banners I would roll on is either Archer 2 which would get me NP2 Gil or Ishtar (and I like Moriarty and Summer Artoria), Caster 2, or Assassin 2. Archer 2 is also okay, but I REALLY don't want Sei.
Yup that will be one of the safest chances you have of getting another NP copy for Morgan! And yeah I really feel like Archer 2 comes down to how much you like/want Sei. That 33% chance to get her is too high that you can't just ignore the potential of her being your GSSR like you can with the 6 units GSSRs
Yeah melu is flexible servant if you need St lancer just compare with castoria and if you need aoe just compare koyanskaya believe or not slot friendlist in my acount that domination melusine LV 120😂😂😂
funny thing is every time there was a melu on the gssr banner its always melu I end up getting just need one more copy to max her out tho im going for the morgan gssr this time
I'm personally going for berserker bc I'd like to have np2 for my Morgan and Arjuna Alter hasn't come home for me in the past. So 2/3 chance for me to get sth I really want and if I end up with Musashi, at least she's still good

I was already so set on Berserker 2 Banner til the CBC.. and fgo gave me NP4 godjuna. Debating now if i want NP5 or maybe first Morgan or Musashi or looking at the other banners
NP 5 Godjuna will kill things even harder than he currently does for you. But doesn't hurt to look at the other banners to see other options before you lock in to try for that last copy.
I did GSSR twice and both were not kind to me. First I got Beni enma instead of Kama, then Got NP2 Ryouma instead of Muramasa. Next time I'll do Muramasa again but, afraid that I'll get Beni again 😭
Is it strange that i feel like i don't need/want any of the units? I really like spishtar (huge rin simp so that's that) but there are too many units on her banner... The only other banner that intrigues me is berserker 2 bc my np1 morgan usually struggles with damage but i was planning on summoning for her in december
No your not strange for feeling that. There have been GSSR where it was a struggle for me to find the right banner to pull on because I have too many units. It may feel weird to skip out on GSSR but if there is nothing you really want then may as well save some money and not do it.
I'm torn between Saber2 to get some levels on Charlie/Muramasa, Caster2 because that bag is goated let's be honest here and Lancer1 with Scathach, she's my favourite character but only NP1 😭

GSSR #3 of trying to get Castoria to have every LB6 servant. I've lost to Morgan and Miss Crane. If I lose to Miss Crane specifically again, I will probably have to give up on the hunt.
I was considering the Melu banner, buuuuut I got really lucky and got her NP5 with like 400 SQ on her last banner, so nevermind. Now I’m going Berserker since I have Summer Musashi and Morgan NP2 and wouldn’t mind an extra copy of either plus I don’t have Arjuna Alter at all, so he’d be a nice addition as well. Also the 4 stars are great. Getting Kriem or Sei to NP3 is awesome and I don’t have Dino Mommy at all, so just overall the safest banner.
DAMN yeah you don't really need to summon for Melusine unless you want/need more servant coins for her. Also yeah the berserker 4 choice having dino mom REALLY makes me lean towards it in my head. Was so sad I couldn't get her during the collab

I still don‘t know which one I should pick. Started playing 3 days ago and have Dantes (Avenger) and Scathach (Lancer). I can still use my free SSR pull from Da Vinci‘s shop and I think I won‘t use until I really need it. Do you have any recommendations that would fit me. I don‘t know anything about Dantes and have never used him before. I would really like to play Scathach
Hmm I see. Well both Dantes and Scathach are quick servants so Skadi (Who is on Caster 1) would be good to work with them. Though Ruler Skadi is coming up during the summer event and will be the new default best quick support unit. Both Skadi's can be used together, so it really depends on if you want to save quartz to try during summer or risk the 1/5 for Caster Skadi. If I was in your shoes I would go for either Caster 2 or Assassin 2 to try to get either Castoria or Koyanskaya for Arts/Buster support and then save all my quartz for Summer Skadi's banner which will be here in like a month or so. TLDR: Caster 1, Caster 2, Assassin 2 would be good I think. Though I would personally go with Caster 2 or Assassin 2 and save for Summer Skadi since we know she will be here with new summer event.

@@killernoodle2511 No problem! Also I see the dilemma. There isn't like guaranteed winner in whatever you choose to do. Especially with having to saving for Tiamat and Draco up next You've got time at least to think it over and then when the time comes pray to RNG to treat ya right
