All that looks amazing... even the supposed "Philly cheese steak "... I live about 10 miles So. of Philly so I'm a bit spoiled by the real thing in about 100 different incarnations, al claiming to be the best. I will admit that one looks deelish as the kids say. what really makes a Gr8 cheese steak or hoagie ( what you'd call a sub..) in my area is the bread. It's like none I've had anywhere else & I've lived all over the US, even some time in Canada as youngster. There is a local-Philly bakery-place called Sarcone's that makes the most insanely delicious breads I've ever had... Keep posting Danny, totally love your channel!!
I have to say also down here in Dunedin (FL) there's a place called Delco's that serves on the ameroso roll (I guess they ship from Philly) and that bread is outstanding. It certainly plays a huge role (no puns). Love Danny's channel too... hello from across the pond. 🙂
I wait anxiously every year for them, a few specialty markets like Fresh Market would have a wire-mesh fire roaster spit- thing on the walkway outside & roast your chilis for you. That was pre-covid... so wish they'd bring that back. Fresh, fire roasted Hatch chilis are incredible..
@@dbpainting3459 I've lived here 12 years after most of my years in the Midwest and New England. I like England, except the colonialism, but we have our own history so that's kind of a wash. Not much of a fan of monarchy, but if that's your cuppa, then have at it. I liked QEII and the show The Crown. I visited London for 12 hours in 1999 on layover to Cape Town. While there, a family friend met me at King's Cross and took me for a walking tour of that area. My memory could be tricking me, but I think we saw Camilla going into business or hotel. Not sure.

This place does the best food. The burgers are gorgeous, the breakfasts are banging. Ive generally not had a bad meal. Glad to see you coming up to Newcastle & trying the scran up here.
@@RebelsInc969 Philadelphia cheese is a cream cheese, which absolutely does not feature here. This uses ground beef, which makes it more of a chopped cheese than a Philly cheese steak.
Nice one Danny! I've not seen minced steak for a Philly cheese steak, but it looks like it worked. The way each item was prepared, I can see why this shop is so busy. Solid 10 I would like to try it myself!
If you've never seen minced steak for a cheesesteak, you've only ever seen the tourist trap garbage versions. Any respectable joint outside of South Philly chops their steak up on the grill while mixing it with American cheese.
Poor old Danny. A few years ago his comment section has to be one of the least negative on the platform. Now it's either full of racists or people wanting to have a pop at him for his weight. I'm surprised he carries on, you lot should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.
