These guys are perfectionists. Not only have they honed the technical skills but they have also spend valuable time on songwriting details that ultimately makes this track very strong. The vocalist has one of the most characteristic extreme metal vocal styles on the scene today. That mix of rawness and melodic sensitivity is rare. Enjoyed it immensely! #GojiraArmy🤟🏻
Great reaction to such a beautiful song. This band is easily one of the best metal bands of the past 15-20 years for me. They can be as heavy as a mountain, but also soft and melodic. Such talent. Request: I'd love it if you could do: Gojira - Oroborus (Live at Brixton Academy) when you can :). It's pure beauty, Gojira at their best.
odlican odabir, Gojira je fundament modernog heavy metala. Pisanje pjesama, lirika, tematika, produkcija sama tezina pjesama a da ne govorim od break-ovima koji razdvajaju kontinente. Vrhunski.
To learn to fight and stand up among the hard trials of life, you will have to fall and learn (be reborn again). But it is in our nature to want comfort and pleasure (being insane for gold). The thing is, happiness in life is found within (the warmth of the sun, as we are created from the burst of the star, get it?) If you can realize this, you will learn how to "endure the winters of life" (fight and stand upright). :) Too bad you didn't react to the official music video. It's a true work of art. It is was the first time I ever heard the song and the second song I ever heard by them (the first being the official video of Lefant Savage).
hello girls - great reaction !!! if "born on wonter" brought you tears then you should react to " low lands" , i'm not gonna tell you what the song is about , but i can tell you the video was shot in their family home , southwest of france , and it's just beautiful.the song is the last track from their latest album "magma" and is so beautiful and sad , pure poetry !!! - for the record , it's also the only song where Joe sings 2 lines in french !!!!.anyway , if you're done with the sadness then you should go for "in the wilderness" one of their most BRUTAL song with the most INCREDIBLE outro of all times !!!
One of my fav gojira songs. I actually never read all the lyrics, what beautiful lyrics. Seeing you tear up actually got me emotional too. Can you do Satan is a lawyer next
Beautiful, really beautiful reaction to this one! From Gojira if you want to explore their old material (yet very high class) check out "In The Forest" from their first album Terra Incognita. The live version, the song closing The Link Alive, is demential, you'll be amazed I'm sure. But I'm still going to push The Gathering once more! "Strange Machines" or "Eleanor" /live versions from Pinkpop 1996! Or a bit later classic from them would be "Travel" (more art rock than metal) , which is probably their most ambitious track ever, and one of the most profound performance by Anneke Van Giersbergen. For the live version of this song definitely chose the one from their live DVD "A Sound Relief". bonjour de Paris!
Dear Ladies, just discovered your channel today. Nice approach to reactions, very detailed, really good. Since you are tasteful enough to cheer to Bands like Gojira or JINJER, you might be very interested to react to Spiritbox. They go a bit viral now for a reason. Female fronted bleeding edge Metalcore (or better - kind of unique style). 2 of them are ex-iwrestledabearonce, but this band now is much more mature and fascinating. Songs from Spiritbox i can recommend wholeheartedly: Rules of Nine, Perennial, Bleach Bath, The Mara Effect (complete, live at Silverside), Belcarra. They most probably will even blow your metal-friendy minds up, they did with mine and I am into this kind of music for a looooong time.
Oops, I thought YT had lost this post, hence I wrote it again. Deleted the double. Regarding the suggestions - you are welcome! Of course I have a bunch of suggestions still, but we have got time, haven't we? ;-) Have a nice rest of the night!
