The entire The Ways of All Flesh album is so freaking good. Not one bad song

Bleed and that section in Esoteric Surgery both use a Herta pattern on the double kick drum and the guitars, that's why you thought they sounded similar, just that Bleed is at a faster tempo.

Ok, I think its time for "Oroborus". One of their best classics! Gotta check it out!

You can do Vacuity next, it's a slower song, heavy as fuck, one of the heaviest from the album in my opinion. It's pretty short, but encapsulates enough in that time to make you feel like you can rip a car in half with your bare hands. Edit: a birthday, you say? Well, if it is a happy birthday you want, it is a happy birthday you shall get!
