5:40 - In the first part of the solo Joe Duplantier (the singer and lead guitar) is tapping with a finger, in this part he taps with the pick. That's how he achieves the double speed. I'm not sure but I think the first person to use the fast pick tapping technique in a record was Joe Satriani. : )

Gojira is my favorite band of all time found them 2 years ago and after the first month of listening to them they were my number 1 band, their songs are so fun to play on guitar and provide a good challenge for your strumming hand for sure, commenting from Idaho and keep them reactions up man, a lot of great music to be discovered all the time

I can relate. The first time I heard them I wasn’t open to new music so I dismissed them offhand after one or two songs and didn’t come back for around a year until I decided to watch a reaction video of Heaviest Matter of The Universe at which I fell into the rabbit hole and never looked back. I was kicking myself for not giving them a fair shot the first time around. They aren’t my favorite band of all time but they definitely are in my top 5. Two years ago I never thought that any new band (new to me) could ever crack my top 5 but I’ve had to make room for two new bands these past couple of years (Gojira and Band Maid)

Dude I found Gojina 13 years ago and I've absolutely LOVED them ever since. Best band out there p e r i o d . So I feel you buddy. Oh yeah I feel you. Gojira for life ❤ (I've seen them live 6 or 7 times and they still amaze me to this day. I try to see them every time they are in my area which is quite often cause they tour like c r a z y .) Anyho peace, love your reaction vids - love your work man
