This show is absolutely legendary. They play Fire is Everything, the outro for Where Dragons Dwell goes for 5 straight minutes, they play both REMEMBERANCE and WISDOM COMES, and this is the heaviest version of Toxic Garbage Island i can find.

*Toxic Garbage Island* *Despite what a lot of people think, this is one of only a handfull of gojira songs, that details climate issues in a specific way.* *The subject in question is the great pacific garbage patch, which is a collection of plastic waste, aproximately the size of Texas, floating around the pacific. The message of the song is made very lyrically direct, but is still handled in a philosophical way. The only way Gojira know how. Musically this is also one of the more distinct songs from the band. Damn, I didn't know Julian from trailer park boys is the frontman for gojira.

I saw them live once in 2018 in Charlotte and then 2021 in Knoxville and I’m Knoxville Mario threw his drumstick into the crowd and it landed right into my hands. A priceless artifact 🤣 also, the tightest band you’ll ever see live. 11/10 would recommend. Ticket prices aren’t crazy either.
