Gojo was out of domains, if Sukuna wasn't hit with Unlimited Void - Gojo would be stuck in an enclosed Malevolent Shrine. But that's not the first difference in Sukuna's favour - their domains broke at the exact same time twice, if Sukuna was in his heian era form, both times Gojo's domain would break first. Gojo was also better in hand to hand than Sukuna in Megumi's body, and we know that the difference between Megumi's body and Sukuna's are immense (see Kashimo fight, where even in regards to speed Sukuna grew tremendously with Incarnation, despite not renewing his energy). Domains also seem to empower their owners and depower their opponents, meaning aside from having to keep up RCT constantly, Gojo will be at a constant disadvantage in every aspect. Overall, there isn't much Gojo could have done to win

This fight really comes down to Domains since without ten shadows or Megumi if Sakuna gets caught lacking at all in Gojo’s domain he instantly loses while Gojo can get away with tanking Sakuna’s domain for a couple seconds. Also if Sakuna loses access to his domain and Gojo doesn’t lose access to Infinity he loses the fight simply because all of his actually strong attacks won’t work and Gojo can spam do whatever the fuck he wants. Even if Infinity is taken down Sakuna still has a hard fought battle but at least he has a chance.

Heian form sukuna will constantly be using domain amp. Infinity will be rendered useless. Sukuna only used domain amp in the og fight very minimally because using it stops the adaptation process!

My friend, if Sukuna had destroyed Gojo Satoru's domain from the inside once instead of staying in it for three minutes, he would have won the fight. Gojo wouldn't be able to heal himself with Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT), as we saw he struggled to heal from Mahoraga's sword attack and Sukuna's water attack, which we know are not as powerful as slashing attacks. We also know that Gojo was using RCT to the maximum extent in chapter 226. Additionally, my friend, there's another thing that many people overlook, which is that Sukuna can make his domain smaller to increase the power of his sure hit. Also, let's not forget that Sukuna is better than Gojo in barrier techniques.

Here's my thoughts on the matter. In chapter 228 Gojo made it clear that Sukuna was taking riskier options during their domain clashes despite the fact that Gojo switch the internal and external conditions of his domain's barrier all so he could get Mahoraga to adapt to infinite void, and since it took 3 minutes for both domains to collapse (malevolent shrine collapsing do to Gojo dealing enough damage to Sukuna) means if Sukuna didn't have the 10 shadows technique he could have collapsed Gojo's domain from the inside and brake it in less than 3 minutes before Gojo could damage him and keep repeating it until Gojo fries his brain to the point where he would not only be unable to existent his domain but he's R.C.T wouldn't be as fast as it was before. Also another risk that Sukuna was taking was not using "domain amplification" to nullify/minimize the effectiveness of Gojo's techniques during the 3rd and 4th domain clashes because it would have interfered with Mahoraga's adaptation, so if Sukuna didn't have the 10 shadows technique he would have double down on DA during the domain clashes which would have prevented Gojo from dealing enough damage to Sukuna to the point where he wouldn't be able to maintain "Malevolent Shrine". Also chapter 247 informs us that the way Sukuna was using domain amplification during his fight with Gojo would allow him to disable his own curse techniques but won't cancel them out as a whole as shown when the Dharmachakra wheel on Sukuna's head turned black rather than vanishing, thus telling us that Sukuna wasn't using DA to its absolute fullest and could have completely nullified Gojo's techniques rather than just minimizing the effectiveness of them. Also keep in mind that Sukuna's secondary pair of hands and his second mouth would allow him to invoke incantation and hand signs which would not only increase the effectiveness and strength of his techniques but could even potentially make "Malevolent Shrine" even more refined and courting to Gojo in a domain clash the one that's more refined one will win clash and since their domains were already evenly matched if Sukuna did invoke hands signs and incantations in order to further refine he domain then Gojo's domain well collapse much faster then it would have normally. So yeah even without the 10 shadows Sukuna would have still won.

Gotta remember that 4 arm can do the hollow wicker basket, and sukuna was specifically trying to adapt so he wasn’t fighting as offensively as he could. But, without mahoraga, how does he get through the barrier?

It would a boring fight limited to domain expansion and sukuna would win after 5 clashes and gojo gets brain damage. Because lets be honest gojo not dominating heian era sukuna in hand to hand in 3 minutes to claps his domain. Especially if without 10 shadows in the way sukuna would just be running amp inside his domain. Gojo is not landing void.

A nerfed heian sukuna with like 20% of his power ate JACCOB LADDER MAX, 7 BLACK FLASH from Yuji, SOUL PLIT KATANA, AND ALL SORCERERS ATTACKS and still Kicking white 19F Meguna Was knocked off by a black flash so SIMPLE HEIAN SUKUNA 20% nerfed IS STRONGER, DURABLE than meguna... So that's mean HEIAN sukuna will just Eat Gojo in Hand to hand since he can use Domain amplification with 4 Hands and can even use Domain expansion with low hands since his fighting Gojo with 2 Upper hands 😬!!! And in a domain Clashs Gojo was forced to spam RCT and SD to stay alive frying his brain that's mean if they continued Gojo would've lose he just won the last domain cause sukuna landed 0.1s later cause he was healing himself but HEIAN sukuna can do hands signs since he's healing so he wouldn't have the problem and sukuna said he can close his domain to prevent Gojo to run! 🤗 And even destroy it by inside (Stated by Gojo himself) so HEIAN SUKUNA will definitely WIPE Gojo in a domain clash too.

If this is what the black box was all about just the fire arrow then , Gojo CT is seriously so much better. It gives you access to INFINITY, FLIGHT, TELEPORTATION and not to mention the best sure hit effect i. e. UV. I would much rather have gojo's arsenal like space time abilities are so much better and convenient. Had it not been for the world slash which Sukuna just got, his arsenal is kinda underwhelming.

You guys need to re-read whole fight, if Gojo had not use the Blue he wont be able to manage whole fight. Everytime he touched Sukuna, he used his Blue or Red. So I'm saying Gojo just trusted his technique in the whole fight, obviously Sukuna too trusted Mahoraga to pass the infinity. But Sukuna would be able to beat Gojo without Mahoraga, you guys need to accept that fact. Everytime Gojo uses RCT, his Cursed Energy output goes lower and lower and when he came to his limits, Sukuna could kill him in the domain.

I always thought of this as a rematch, so sukuna has prior knowledge as well as gojo, two things come from that is that sukuna still has world cutting slash and gojo can improv or plan alot better with much better versatility

incorrection on somethings, gojo after 5th DE clash gojo never had one more DE to use, as when he tried cast one more UV his brain break and the DE wasn't casted but if sukuna wasn't hit by UV then sukuna would be able to use MS again = gojo is done and since gojo lost his DE sukuna wouldn't feel the need to heal CT burn since Uv is gone, so his CT burn out would heal naturally, aka No more brain damage. Since sukuna only healed his Ct burn to counter UV, with Uv gone sukuna would adapt to infinity and use DA to reduce certain damage.

My arguments are different, in my humble OPINION, gojo won against Sukuna heian. *Misunderstandings* 1. *Malevolent Shrine's chants and slashes*: There is no evidence in the manga that Sukuna needs to chant or use more hands to power up his domain's slashes. In chapter 259, when he uses his domain with only one hand, it is not observed that the effectiveness of the slashes changes. This implies that the use of more hands does not have a direct impact on the attack power or range of the Malevolent Shrine. In chapter 259, Sukuna was damaged, and proceeds to make a domain, Sukuna used a binding vow (in exchange for being able to invoke the domain with one hand, and other unknown things, I will be able to invoke the domain, but only for 99 seconds) even so, the power of the cuts of this incomplete domain, have exactly the same power, and I believe that Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine, the only limitation was the time at 99 seconds. If with one hand, its power and range is the same as with two hands, it suggests that it would be the same in the opposite direction. On top of that, he never showed that he enhanced the shrind of the domain, only shrine impregned in his body. 2. *Sukuna's domain escape*: The idea that Sukuna could have killed Gojo with the thermobaric explosion is unrealistic. Kamino Fuga is not only a slow process, but it is also not guaranteed to be effective (Choso Block part of the explosion proving that Fuga is not part of the safe effect). If Sukuna had attempted Fuga, Gojo could have used a simple hold, and taken advantage to restore his *limitless* (infinite), escape and protect himself before Sukuna's attack was completed, or worse, attack Sukuna. This would have left Sukuna vulnerable, making the decision to use Fuga even riskier. (Choso Block Fuga blood) 3. *Weapons*: It is not relevant to consider the use of weapons in this fight, as doing so would weaken the argument in favor of Sukuna. The fact that Sukuna has to resort to weapons would indicate a lack of power, and if weapons are discussed in his case, it would also be necessary to review the possibility that Gojo could have used other weapons. In this sense, the fight becomes more about personal skills than external equipment. *Statements within the manga* 1. *Gojo laments Sukuna's limitations*: In one of the crucial moments in the afterlife, Gojo expresses that Sukuna “can't do any more” he never said “don't try”, suggesting that he has already reached his limit in power and abilities. In English they even say "unable" instead of "not tryn" (the biggest proof I have is that the kanji used by Yuta in Chapter 235 are the same ones used by Gojo in the afterlife, denoting the expression "Sukuna can't do more, as soon as we jump against him, he will be forced to change and kill us" referring to Shrine, Sukuna's "limitation" was not using Shrine (useless against Gojo) and limiting himself to the 10 shadows, not "not trying" 2. *Sukuna's fear*: When we go to Japanese. You are all wrong. The kanji used do not have a direct translation into Spanish or English, in fact the official translation given in the American media was "uneasy". But the interpretation of the kanji derives in the following (since there is no translation English:direct): -uncomfortable -worried -anxious -fast-paced -stressed -apprehensive -panic -FEAR is also one of the possible translations. All of the above are valid translations and words if we look at the kanji. -,The phrase "high on tension" is a strange translation, which would never have occurred to me as such, but I could think that it could fit, but it is at least a strange translation. Seriously, where did they get the phrase "high on tension" from? Was it a pirated manga? Or worse yet, VLZ? With this, saying that Sukuna felt fear is as accurate as saying that Sukuna was uncomfortable, worried, anxious, etc. All of these are possible depending on the kanji used. 3. *Gojo and the 10 Shadows*: Gojo mentions that he is not sure if he could have beaten Sukuna without the intervention of the 10 Shadows technique, indicating that this technique played a decisive role in Sukuna's victory. Without the 10 Shadows, Gojo believes that the fight would have been close anyway, suggesting that under normal conditions, without this factor, Sukuna would not have had a significant advantage over Gojo. but even *Statements from author Gege Akutami* Although I don't have the interview in Japanese to translate, but in Spanish and English, Gege Akutami, the author of *Jujutsu Kaisen*, has mentioned in interviews that the only way Sukuna was able to beat Gojo was through the use of *Mahoraga* (one of the 10 shadows techniques). This reinforces the idea that Sukuna, on his own, without the help of that technique, would not have been able to defeat Gojo. Akutami even pointed out that the fight was designed to be interesting and strategic, using elements like the 10 shadows to create a balance. In essence, without that external intervention, Sukuna would not have had the ability to win. (margin of error, I don't have the interview in Japanese, only in Spanish and English) *Cheating and preparation of both* The thing is, that Utahime's only affected the first attack, which was more of a warning than an attack to kill, and it doesn't matter because Sukuna used the deer of the 10 shadows (from the ability of Megumi's stolen body) to heal his arm. The thing about Gojo's barrier reduction he obtained by an empirical approach from experience APART and nothing to do with an observation of Sukuna. (Look at Yuta, when he took Gojo's body, the first thing he did was shrink the barrier to resist the malevolent shrine, Yuta's was by directly seeing the fight with Sukuna) While Sukuna obtained DIRECTLY and RELATED TO GOJO the way to counter the infinite void. Sukuna entered the fight with a series of advantages that Gojo did not have. Not only was he using Megumi's stolen techniques, such as the 10 shadows, but he also had prior knowledge of Gojo's *limitless*, something Gojo did not possess in relation to Sukuna. This allowed Sukuna to be able to plan his attacks more effectively, resulting in his victory. Furthermore, Sukuna was able to keep his distance and heal himself during the fight, taking advantage of abilities that were not originally his. Gojo, on the other hand, did not know that Sukuna's domain could be opened, which put him at a disadvantage from the start. If both had had the same level of preparation, the balance would have been different. Such as using the "basketball" domain from the start, or using "fallen petals" in the event that the MS destroyed the UV, making the cuts not deep, thus not being in real danger in the first place. *Logical Aspects* Gojo fought against a powered-up Sukuna, who not only had access to stolen skills, but also vast knowledge about Gojo's weaknesses. Despite all these advantages, Gojo came very close to winning. This shows that, had Sukuna not had those additional cheats, Gojo would likely have emerged victorious. The Sukuna in his original Heian era form, while stronger in physical terms, would not have had the strategic adaptations that made the fight so difficult for Gojo. *Conclusion* In short, Sukuna managed to beat Gojo thanks to a set of external factors, including Megumi's stolen techniques and his knowledge about Gojo's *Limitless* weaknesses. Without these advantages, the fight would have been different, and Gojo, with his innate abilities, would likely have won in a more balanced matchup. Gojo never felt like he was in any real danger, in the manga it's mentioned that it wasn't until Mahoraga broke his infinity that the possibility of losing his mind really came about, and even then, that possibility excited him, thrilled him, even pleased him. While Sukuna, as soon as he saw some difficulty, canonically felt fear and yelled at Mahoraga to do something.

What i like about jjk is that even if a character is stronger than others. They can still loose by technicality. I do believe that Sukuna needed Mahoraga to win but he could have also won on his Heian Era form. However, seeing how the fight went on, it was more like Sukuna used Mahoraga as a way to beat Gojo with risk at the beginning from taking so much damage but reward later by killing Gojo. However, if he was in his Heian form, he could have won but things would be much different. At first, he could surpass Gojo is hand-to-hand combat and chanting (but it wouldn't be very effected if infinity is activated). Were he could lose though is that if he didn't know he would fight everyone else. He would also play it safe with his attacks(mostly using amplification) and play the long run against Gojo and could cause risk later on if he messes one step. I also want to add that it has been said that when Sukuna was in the Heian era, he had his 2 cursed tools and at full power, beat the Angel clan, Fujiwara clan, and Suguwara clan(predecessors to the Gojo clan). With the Suguwara clan having the original infinity cursed technique(Mostly just Michizane Suguwara), Sukuna would know of ways to beat infinity, but with Gojo always experimenting and advancing his technique, he would prove troublesome to Heian Sukuna. Finally, the Hollow Purple technique was said to only be known how it is used through a few members of the Gojo clan. It could be that the technique was recently created or that its been there since the infinity cursed technique so we don't know if Sukuna had full prior knowledge of it before he saw it first in the series.

Lets be honest, Gojo knocked Sukuna out with the black flash. He could have won the fight. UV hits once and its over, Sukuna made it cuz of Mahoraga. If Sukuna didnt learn the world ending slash he would have to win with DE which they were equal in, and if there wasnt Mahoraga out there Gojo woudnt have to use his CE carefully in worry that Mahoraga would adapt, he could have just spammed Blue and Red all the fight.

Sukuna wins. He has too many advantages and his transformation explicitly cuts off Gojo's win conditions. Sukuna is simply superior in a domain fight. The chief weakness for Gojo is that he has to win the fist fight against Sukuna because his domain is incapable of destroying Sukuna's while Sukuna's is very capable of destroying his. Sukuna purposely took the slower option in destroying Gojo's domain in order to let Mahoraga adapt to Infinite Void. He was not trying to beat Gojo's domain, he was trying to make it a non-factor. Moreover, he did not actually use his curse technique (only the embedded technique in his domain) because he was using 10 Shadows (wheel on Megumi's soul). All of this is no longer a concern if Sukuna is in his Heian form.

I think Heian Sukuna wins in the 5th domain clash. Also they had 5 domain clashes, Gojo had to cast 5 domains and won on the 5th ine while Sukuna had to cast only 3, as his first one overpowered two of Gojos domains. But yeah Heian Sukuna wins after Gojo braindamages himself. With the two extra arms Sukuna should be able to hang in with Gojo using blue to amp himself much better, leading to him never being late for the domain clash. Honestly if we are being realistic, Heian Sukuna should be able to beat Gojo with just two domains. Of course now we know the Fire Arrow wouldn't have worked on Gojo so Sukuna until after Gojo got brain fried, and without DA knowledge Sukuna would need to rely only on his DE to beat Gojo, so if he somehow loses access to it its GG.

Why does everyone think sunkuna de got stronger when he hit his full form? The domain had never been stated to get stronger sunkuna de has always been able to work at its peak seeing how shibuya shrine is still being referenced in the current chapter showing sunkuna new temporary domain the domains no matter what level will be working at its peak we haven’t been told otherwise expect megumi incomplete domain the person can get stronger but the domain can’t since its the peak

Sukuna would've been at 16 fingers and Mahoraga would be more powerful than the one Sukuna faught. Gojo would also fight Sukuna differently as he doesn't have to worry about Megumi. Gojo can teleport away from the domain as well. If it's Sukuna from back then he definitely loses bad to Gojo.
