While we all like the fact that Bulma apparently has some kind of inbuilt laser defense system in her bedroom, let's appreciate the fact that Vegeta, upon hearing his wife scream, ran in to protect her. The same guy who, only a few years ago, casually ignored her and his son when Android 19 tried to blow them up. Progress.
Thinking about this more. In the manga now, Vegeta can I.T. to her at anytime.....so that's a plus too. But I feel like the down side is that if he doesn't want to be found by Goku, it would be like tag but I.T.🤣✋🏾
Longer then a few it was 7 years after the androids first appears then to the majin and for vegeta It was technically eight cuz of the Hyperbolic time chamber then how ever long it took for beerus to show up then freiza
@@Kentashu that was edited out in the actual series. He reverted back to normal mode before being hit by the lazer. With that said, no, technically this system should be ineffective vs. Goku given the fact that he went up against similar systems as a child vs. the Red Ribbon Army.

I will forever adore the fact that Bulma has highly-sophiscated guns available at the press of a button in case of an emergency, even though Vegeta is right there. For all the people who haven't seen dbs (dragon ball super) dont get goku wrong. He got there by mistake when he tried to use instant transmission in simple words "teleportation" he was trying to get to king kais planet but he reached Baulmas bedroom because the day before this he had powered up to max kai o ken which makes his ssjb more powerful so he was pretty much exhausted so thats the reason why
I know the clip is edited and wouldn't be surprised if it was filler, but I do want to know if Bulma would actually think Goku was malicious considering how long they've known each other and how Goku's probably more attracted to a fighting tornament than Chi-Chi.
To seriously reply to your equally serious enquiry, Bulma legit expects _anyone_ to be malicious simply because _she_ usually is; this has been pointed out to her at least a few times in Dragon Ball (not sure in Z, though). She definitely knows Goku wouldn't really be a pervert by himself (and to be fair, Goku _is_ attracted to Chi-Chi because #Personality and also, to give him credit, despite having a selfish streak, he's pretty darn loyal), but her first reflex is just "GOKU. _WHY ARE YOU HERE."_ I'd say the fact that she asks Goku to explain himself _before_ shooting is her being forgiving due to knowing that he wouldn't normally be sitting on her bed after she showered. ...Come to think of it, the literal reason she befriended Goku when they first met is because she expected him to have some sort of underhanded interest, but the more she sees that he really _doesn't,_ the more she opens up to him. So, yeah, I don't think she really thinks he was malicious, she's just angry that he's there when he absolutely shouldn't be.

I hate Super but I have to disagree.I mean i agree completely about goku,goku isn't like he was depicted in Super,the real goku is the one shown in DB/Z/GT;Gohan just fulfilled his dream of being a scholar,so it wasn't a character undevelopment,gohan never wanted to be a warrior and he never will,he fight only if he have to,also after getting clapped by frieza he understood that he have to keep training for the sake of his family and now he nearly reached his father's level.Vegeta was ridicolous only with that bingo dance(even that can be considered characters development tho if he did something so cringe for the sake of his family),even in Super vegeta kept developing up to protect the namekians that he regretted killing during the namek saga.
To the people who apparently think its necessary to point out that these weapons likely wouldn't injure Goku (and those that feel the need to rebuff them), its not that deep lol. Bulma is the kind of woman to talk shit to a God of Destruction to his face. Its not about actually doing damage, its about sending a message, and that message is "do not fuck with me"
Yeah, depending on the target it likely would. For example, Goku also got hit in the head with a rock. Plus, those lasers would do something to a normal earthling.

That would be a smart idea but let’s be honest here those lasers wouldn’t even stand a chance against some of the weakest dragon ball characters let alone the strongest.
@@dokidokidoge8206 yay but i think it is good way to distract enemies and i am sure that bulma has some kind of hidden pathway from her bedroom to some kind of safe place. And about lasers , they are pretty useful against weak enemies like some lower members of frieza force or maybe thieves atleast.
@@jabapiper it is heavily implied ki protection is an active thing. When his guard is down he can be hurt by rocks or bullets. A high tech space laser from behind while he is relaxed, which he cant sense, directly through the heart... yeah.
If Dr. Gero can make a pair of Super Saiyan level teenagers over a decade ago, then Bulma could make something way stronger for her house security After all she has to be cautious in case Vegeta goes "Majin mode" again and needs to be punched back into his senses It probably won't do much to Goku/Vegeta at full power, but it can definitely stun and hurt them badly in base form
Goku has actually done worse to Bulma. As a kid in the first season of dragon Ball, Goku as a kid actually took off Bulma's panties. Although at that time, Goku actually didn't know what a girl even was.

Y'know, the fact that goku finds bulma more attractive and *still* chose chichi kinda warms my heart. Goku doesnt go for raw looks, he chooses chichis love and personality over bulma
yeah, before he married I'm pretty sure he was anything but attracted. Young Goku has pointed out multiple times the way she is, and not in a positive way, and then for a while in DBZ there was no roasts (not really any genuine compliments either), and now in DBS everyone just points out her age and how saggy her boobs are. Compare that with Chi-Chi, which the only thing he complains about is her nagging, which isn't really a suitability issue (and is actually is one of the reasons why she's perfect for him. he needs someone who can keep him in line bc he's really a man-child.) I do believe Goku does find his wife slightly more attractive.
