well, i see that you don't know how resets in undertale work. Goku cannot remember time before last reset. There is only one confirmed character that have ability to remember things after reset Sans. Chara has infinite experience in fight, ability to "one shot" every opponent, wich scales to whole universe, she has ability to travel from world to world after she destroys it, again she cloud just use her standard attack on fabric of reality in their universe and fight wloud be over. Lvl wich indicates her hp is pretty much "infinite", i mean that she can just go from world to another and get all possible exp from anything, by that she can extend her hp defense and other stats to pretty much scale of multiple realitys. Even tho, goku isn't the strongest one in his universe

Made In Heaven is an ability that speeds up time for itself and the universe but excludes all other living beings. To everybody else, the user of Made In Heaven is dashing around at speeds that aren't even perceivable and was moving as fast as a bullet train to everyone else at his slowest. Meanwhile, he is fast forwarding the universe to its literal end within minutes. If you put this character up against somebody like Spiderman, I think it would be dumb to say he doesn't win in speed because his ability is technically "hax", even though he would absolutely speed blitz Spiderman in an instant. If you blast Goku through the heart, he dies. If you do the same to Chara, she lives. Therefore, she wins in that regard. Goku still wins like I said, considering hakai isn't something that kills. It literally erases you from existence. Either that, or he has more determination than Chara, and she loses her powers.

Frisk gains exp by killing enemies weak enough to be beaten by a frying pan, ballet shoes etc and thus chara gains that much power. But goku fights galactic level threats that can blow up the whole planet which would clearly kill all monsters and humans in such scenario but nah he doesnt get that power. attempts and resets are only a rule that apply to the Undertale verse, that is, Chara being in Undertale would be 3-A or 2-C while if he were in any other verse it would be 5-B at most, he could not return after dying nor reset anything at all and it could even only reach 9-C because it would not present real abilities, determination is not something adaptable to any other verse, it is not like magic or stands or Power ups, it is something based on the code of a game and if the cosmology is based on codes and timelines it is no longer comparable to most cosmologies that cover more than 1 universe.

I agree. If they fight it would depend in wich universe the fight would start. Undertale universe, Goku cant start, (but it wont count as a win for chara, but she still would be able to survive him) and in any other universe, Goku solos.

yeah, she can erase world, but killing universe is other thing, she has ability to deal max possible damage in one hit to anything. Diffrence in erasing universe and killing universe is that erase is complete, there is no void there is not even nothing, killing just makes everything expect her to dissapear/turn into void, after that she can erase this world

He outscales and overwhelms her to an unimaginable extent, and is likely able to override Chara’s reset with sheer force, since ki would be equal to determination.

I used to be a massive Undertale fan years ago, but I've never seen chara do this. So I wanna know if this is true? People are watching way too much fanmade Undertale videos cuz this is canon not fanon. It's like how people say "W.D gaster is a super powerful multiversal being who can control hands and timelines" and all that is crap when in the game itself he's just a small little Easter egg and he only appears once. When you touch him he disappears, that's it.

@@Quarzsx Chara is not mulitversal. She cannot travel or destroy other universes. The strongest thing she does in the original game is resets the timeline back to the beginning. Chara, Flowey, and Sans are the only people who can keep their memories afterwards.
