Same happening to moro would happen to Garou. Garou had trouble to contain even Saitamas energy

Jaco said that even 7-3 copied pishycal attacks were the same as Piccolo's and then Shimorekka when the enemies comes to earth literally sais that both Gohan and Piccolo power level was copied and so their 2 month of training were useless but wasn't true just for Gohan and Piccolo proved to be stronger thanks to team work and Moro itself restored his backup data returning his power back...and even if, every technique copied have the same power as the original user
