UI Omen is Goku trying to imitate MUI but has imperfections in it while TUI is UI Omen + Saiyan amps(rage/anger) Saiyan gets all their power from anger so if he will combine the power of UI and his emotion that will give him a huge power boost. Literally this arc was all about Goku finding his own version of Ultra Instinct. And as I have mentioned Goku defeated Gas(base) in this form while Vegeta got washed away

for those who remember whis said that there is mutiples levels of ui, and that grand priest has higher level, so i think that tui is not even the final form, because when goku got ui, whis said that he was at the bottom of ui powers
The fact is that the TUI transformation is not even close to the most powerful that Goku has, it is the one in which he can best develop his powers because his heart is not calm, however this does not mean that it is the most powerful transformation, the More powerful is the transformation of silver hair with a completely calm heart.
In my opinion, Mui is superior to Tui and Goku only used Tui to solarize Gas because it is easier and takes longer to use, but I think that if Goku mastered Mui he would be even stronger.

Tui isn't even a strength boost, it's mainly made for speed, dodging and counter attacking, vegeta should get strength because the more damage Ultra ego takes, the stronger he gets.

In reality, with ultra ego, the more destruction is thought of, the more powerful the user becomes (and this can be seemingly unlimited). What happens with Vegeta is that he uses the blows or the damage he receives as "fuel" to think more about destroying and thus becoming more powerful, but hey, it still doesn't mean that he can become more powerful from one moment to the next.
Great edit but there’s a lot of mistakes. If we are taking about current goku and vegeta then base vegeta > goku. Which most likely would lead to vegeta > in all other ssj forms especially ssj2. Goku gets ssj3 tho. For TUI you’re correct goku wins but vegeta gets strength.

TUI Goku is slightly stronger than Gas ALONE, the massive power gap between TUI Goku and PUI Goku + UE Vegeta is high. Also TUI ≠ UI Omen In TUI, you mix UI Omen with Saiyan Pride/Amps, in the form, you can use your anger/emotions to further get exponentially stronger. Lost the glowing aura/glowing hair tho.
