Yummy 🤤 In North India we add alu and white matar both...( U can make pani with tamarind sauce available in market mixing it with hari chutney - my shortcut 😉) also bcz i like my gol gappe tangy not zeera flavour 😊
India especially Punjab side mein alloo aur kaale chane daal kar milte hain .... on tge spot mixture aur paani daal kar serve hote hain... Aur Hamare yahan gol gapped hi kehte hain sooji vale aur mate vale do options hoti hain
