When you make a rubber mould for wax injecting I have a very good tip. You cut an air hole smaller than the injection hole, in this way the air is forced out but not quite as fast as the wax is going in, This forces the wax to back up, filling the mould because its got nowhere else to go. This is a trick that will solve most incomplete wax casting problems..
