Giovani22 if it's your house your lawn windows and everything else is completely yours so do whatever you want. If you rent ask the renter.

Don't ruin your concrete with this crap, use Hurricane Sidewalk Bolt Kit. Simply mark off where the holes go, drill hole for anchor, align panel, insert screw. Done.
