This race did not go well for me. First, I was completely blind. I got sprayed in the visor with oil (also why the video looks so bad) and could not see flaggers, could not see numbers on karts, could not even read giant numbering on the brake marker flags, and could only vaguely see where the track went. I was driving mostly by memory and counting flags hoping no one ran into me. My clutch pack also got loose and was rattling against the inside of the case which really sapped my straight line speed and then towards the end (probably due to the clutch issues) 5th gear kept popping out. I retired from the race before the finish due to the numerous issues I was having.
EDIT: Transmission issue was worse than I initially thought. Loose chain wore a hole in my transmission case letting all the oil out. No wonder I couldn't get any speed out of it. Case is weldable but all the gears were ruined.
