at zero 2 one (1:22) it looked like the woman drove it hard and opponent hit it, but the ball was called "out", then serve went to 2nd server. confused.... not sure about that.
I’m not sure I’d call any of them true 4s. The women are 3.5 barely and the one man is probably on the cusp of making 4 but lacks consistency with some aspects. I am hovering around 4 myself but could never compete successfully at the 4 level. My 5.0 friends say I’m a tweener that needs to play 4.0 and beats most 3.5s. The consistency just isn’t there to call myself a 4 just yet.
I played in the APPL, Arizona Pickleball Players League this winter in Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler AZ in the 65+ 3.0 bracket. There is no way either of these couples would have been close to winning in that league. There were lots of 3.5 players playing in 3.0 (I believe I'm a true 3.0 player) but everyone's skill was above what I see here.
