We will check out Jordan's channel, it will be interesting if he is as amazed about your family as we are. Not sure what words to use to describe your girls; adventurous, tenacious, strong spirited, self reliant, pretty or all of that and more. You have taught them to be their own person and at the same time work with others as a team. Great job of parenting Jeff and Rose!

I'm only 8 minutes in but I notice the girls watching intently on how the goldsmith is making the ring. I can see the industrious wheels turning in their minds. Nice job. You got more rings than a Mormon wedding. You might want to avoid Utah on the way back home. As far as a 24K ring, it will be very soft and easy to bend out of round, so you might consider having it made into an 18K ring like the rest of them, for the sake of durability.

Very nice... Can it be, some significant lead in natural gold, that made it brittle? Long melting probably burned lead into lead oxide and also the mixture is more homogenous... so the gold is better malleable... my gues... Just a question, because I want to do somethin simmilar with my placer gold and avoid cracking...
