It's time for all the precious metal and semi precious producers needs to build an association instead of working in fragmented isolation. It's a fact that togetherness works better. Everyone oñe should be included whether large or small. By talking together it is better for all in every way. Listen to everyone views, concerns, complaint discuss, debate and find to best solution. This how new ideas are going to come and from it a proper profit generating empire will develop for all to benefit. This single individual struggling is useless to the country and people.There is no other way provided it is fair and honest. Failure will just allow outsiders to come and carry on as usual leaving you worked out, in a damaged land and poor. Don't just mine it, why not make beautiful items too.
