Not possible. Mainoo and all of the other youngsters apart from Hojlund are academy graduates. Amrabat is a loanee and Evans is essentially in a season long loan. Mount, Antony, Onana and Case were his only signings that were permanent. Also this season isn't on ETH it's on the injuries and lack of structure above him. He's made some mistakes sure, but till we can ship some of these players off we won't be any better especially with 95% of out defenders missing die to injury. We need to let him build a project with the new structure. If we sack him another big club will take him and he'll succeed. The manager roulette we've had since SAF has been a major reason to our downfall. Yet apart from this and 2-3 other seasons we've managed top 4 atleast meaning we've still reached cup finals and won them.
