Golden Arrow: Lifa should not have been made to walk home for lost bus ticket 

Unfortunately Golden arrow has a lot to learn from MyCiti when it comes to service. I have personally been refused entry to a bus with the door closed in front of me for "being late" I was about to step onto the bus when the wonderful driver closed the door shouting "YOU ARE LATE" The worst is when the drivers won't wait that few seconds for elderly to get seated before driving off

Good day John & CapeTalk fam, We understand the logic of implementing rules in any business and I am partner to a transport company myself but we are ALL PARENTS and if one applies logic considering the reality of how many days this kid has taken the exact same bus since he started the school year then the rejection is entirely unacceptable. #TheUnassumingBillionaire
