Love to read the comments about old memories, love it that we all enjoyed it. I got my megadrive when I was 8ish with golden axe. I I tried and tried on my own to complete it and also with my little bro and my friend, but never could quite do it. I'm now 30 this year and last night I decided to have another go at it (all be it on an emulator now) (I know) and actually FINALLY COMPLETED IT! And to top it all off, I hear this amazing tune on the end credits! Blows my mind that it's taken 20 or so years to hear it though! Great memories guys, we'll all get old together.
I may not have been born in the 80's but I was raised playing the 64 and Genesis and loved every minute of these games. We may have better engines now but you can't beat the classics
I beat this game with the battle-axe welding dwarf when I was 6 got to the top rank on Conclusion. My grandmother was bad ass in this game she could beat the game with any character and achieve the highest rank every time she passed away in 2013
this music nearly brings a tear to my eye. I played this game to death back in the 80's and 90's and still consider it one of my favorite games ever....
My uncle had hit the little thief and I remember taking the meat on purpose. My uncle got so pissed that he beat the crap out of my player( WE on the same team stupid) he felt justified after a few of my lives gone. Never took a pot or meat when playing with him lol
Man... back when people didnt even put their real names into the credits... why would they do that? Dont they wanna take credit for all the hard work they put into this game?
