True Aretha Franklin is the one who made it the most famous I think but Carole King wrote it and I wore out the Tapestry album when I was in college listening to Carole King and this young lady definitely did both of them proud.

I'm Canadian, this Taryn girl killed it, she was absolutely amazingly fabulous. Her voice, her gestures, her attitude ... Nothing else is close to Aretha coming back to life in Taryn. It was magical.

As soon as she started singing that first line I said to myself "That's A Golden Buzzer Right There" It takes everything to pull of Aretha Franklin one of the greatest singers to ever live and to sing one of her biggest songs and she absolutely killed it!!! I generally think so far this series has been filled with so much talent where I honestly can see so many acts win this year

The student with her mum there to support Taryn and the clear depth of love they have for her, tells me a lot about her. Her voice is beautiful and so is she!

This girl has a world-class voice. There were even points in the song where I think - with her intonation and structure of the notes - she improved on the original. Improving anything that's sung by the Grande Dame Aretha herself makes you a global phenomenon!

Absolutely stunning performance! A lovely soul, who had the courage to face her fears and go after her dreams. Taryn has possibly been procrastinating about stepping into the unknown, for possibly months if not years, because, it makes one incredibly uncomfortable and our central nervous system goes into overdrive. We start sweating, we feel nervous, we start shaking, ......yet once we overcome these fears.... we break through these self-imposed limitations and free ourselves from the shackles that have been holding us back. The voice in Tarn''s head has been telling her that she is not good enough, whereas the quiet voice within (intuition), is telling Taryn "You can do this! You are good enough! You were created perfect! You are more than who you think you are!"
