Awesome upload mate. Sat with a pen and paper for an hour watching these two videos writing down the combos they drilled. 21 by my count. The guy was just awesome. It really saddens me he is no longer with us. He looks like a top bloke too posing for photos and having a laugh. This man is worthy of Legend status. RIP Dekkers

Yep. He throws his hook punch which rotates his body in one direction which winds his body up, then steps up and forward with the back foot while rotating that foot outward to pre-position his supporting leg to throw the kick. Then all that rotation built up from the punch then gets reverse rotated back into his kicks. His biomechanics are just amazing. Watch how connected his whole body is to his technique. Left/right, high/low, repeat. Not your typical pivot on the supporting leg to throw the round kick.
Ramon Dekkers never did that little "Dance stepping" at end of reps!! cocky guys do this!! STOP! it is sickening! Dekkers just stepped and slide movements and then destroyed his opponents!
