Hard to hide the fact that his leg was badly injured. Once a leg is gone? There's little chance of winning. And Ramon knew that his opponent danced a lot from the beginning because he's afraid of just that - leg kicks. Ramon was a genius kickboxer.
Since the beginning Pena is using a western English boxing style. There is no way it can make a thai boxing style collapse. Dekkers has a solid Muay Thai balance. Nice fight tho
ok ill educate you here yes Pena was more of a boxer but Ramon has also strong Boxing foundation the Dutch learned watching Benny Urquidez destroy the Japanese legends so the Dutch incorporated strong boxing skills in their kickboxing Dekkers was just a beast especially with the low kicks Pena was just prepared for the Dekkers Jaggernaut hell the Thais weren't either after the first few legends get not knocked out the Thais said ok just don't get knocked out and you WILL win the decision lol true story
Pena kicks lacks power and were non existent. He looked like boxer fighting a true martial artist. Pena front kick was only kick I seen him throw and it was pitiful. No power
lo que veo es kick boxig , muay thai es conocido con las 8 extremidades, gano 8 veces torneos mundiales fue muy conocido por pelear muy cerca de sus oponentes
Jesse Lopez one year ago in LA, he was 50 i don't remember his age. I still have contact with his son, he his a retaird PRO MMA and i am a amateur kickboxer following his steps
Lol I thought the same thing when Pena said that. That and that Dekkers will rip his head clean off. Poor deluded fool didn't know what he was in for. Haha.
