This rock and roll band was so underrated. Their unique style still stands against time to this day. Very fortunate to grow up with this fantastic music.

Fabulous band. I've seen them several times. In the early morning of December 9th 1980 (Dutch time), serving in the army, I heard of the assassination of John Lennon. This was the first song that crossed my mind.

saw them play this song (and many more from switch and moontan) in 1975--small venue. still enjoy thinking about that show even today.

My favorite GE tune.

I'm here because of Iron Maiden, they did a cover in 1990, and they released it as a B-Side to "Holy Smoke".

I m not her becouse of maiden. I always prefer originals rather than bad covers. Golden Earring was awesome,has followed them since 1972. The first album i buying was "Seven Tears" and never stopped,have all of them now and most of them on vinyl.

Superb ahead of it's time song. Great band like Shocking Blue from Den Haag. Greater stock of work than remembered for.

I love GE and this song in particular but they're miming here. Watch the singer's head motion relative to the mike. No level change when he moves his head around like that? Bummer. That said I especially love the bassist is playing a Danelectro Longhorn bass. DEs rock!
