I just restarted this game from the beginning after beating it many years ago and not playing it in a long time. Love these videos you put together. The narration is so calming. Great work.
@@MrTedMcForehead Back in the day Control Room took me dozens of attempts on 00 Agent. Did it last night first try using your tips. The hat vs no hat guys is something I wish I'd known years ago.
After the agony of Control it was a huge sigh of relief that I got through Caverns on just my second try. Almost did it first shot but the last damn turret got me at end.
You can also use the AR to shoot through the Trevelyan doors to knock out the auto guns with some finessing. Also. If you need a little extra firepower. Don’t forget the crate in the radio room with the monitors inside that give you duel ARs! ❤
Amazing walkthrough, only problem I had was the code card B to get through the square blast doors 10:37 I needed to go back to where your shot the glass and go to the left to get it off the dead guard.
Dude you have been so helpful. Just beat this level about 30 seconds ago. You have no idea how happy I am lmao been following your guides all the way through since Bunker(2). That was the first level I got stuck on and you’ve carried me all the way up till Cradle. About to start it now, will probably be watching you next video shortly lol thank again!
You make it look so easy but those final tips and tricks were so key plus the glass in the radio room was a big help because that always got me when it blew up before I could use the radio.
Surpringsly, the only damage I took on this level was coming out of the elevator. Everything else was smooth sailing, especially with the door trick at the end. Thanks!
I did it! Something I thought impossible as a child! I’ve never unlocked Egyptian before. This was the last level I had to do. I’ve had great fun playing through goldeneye on the switch and with your help I’ve done the standard campaign on 00 agent. My wife is even humming the theme tune while washing up haha “Bond will return”
The tip at the end to avoid infinite spawning is probably the most important. Cause really the end was the hardest part of the level depending on the amount of health you have. Im trying to get the cheat time beat right now. As far as the guys behind the glass, you can hit them with the AK from outside the door pretty easily since it zoom on the site. Wish me luck cause my last run was 13:30~ amd I have to get that down to 9:30
@@somebodyoncetoldme8317 true but if you are at the double door part and aim for a headshot and just tap fire not hold it, you dont have to worry about overspray with the bullets. Single tap headshot is good enough, only one guy rushes you from the area, that guy you have to be weary about whats behind him when you shoot him as he runs towards you. That particular room I dont have any problems and can generally clear out without taking any damage. Main thing at the beginning of that room is taking the glass on the left side out first so no grenades bounce back and destroy everything
After playing this game countless times, I discovered there's a secret tunnel behind the lockers in the ammo cache room. It leads to the lower section of the Outlet Pump Control room. You should be able to effectively avoid most of the enemies and the turret by going this way.

You made this look so easy. I remember beating this back during Thanksgiving 2000, the entire family was gathered around watching / rooting for me to beat this. Those stupid turrets at the end would always get me no matter how clean the rest of my play through was. When I finally beat it everyone was celebrating like crazy, we were all so happy. It was our last mission on 00 agent and we literally talked about how I did it the entire rest of the weekend. Ahhhh such good memories. This and Bunker 2 on 00 agent were another one we always used to play, although that one was easier since you can just stealth kill half the guards from the prison room door window
Saw a comment that nailed it earlier but wanted to mention it again, if you don't find the keycard for the blast door, go back to where you blew up the first drone gun and it will be in that room.
Finally beat this one. I got to the end hallway. Took out one turret but while trying to take out the 2nd Trev saw me so knowing I will now get infinite spawn behind me I booked it. I had not taken a single shot all level. Full health and still almost got killed getting to the elevator.
This level is so daunting. No armor. Armoured guards everywhere. That damn radio room… and the duel wielding shotgun guards that don’t stop spawning. I fully understand why the JP version of this game is ALOT more generous with armor in 00 mode.
I got my own way of taking care of the radio room, but I like your approach as well. But it's the ending stretch with the two drones that always ruins it for me. I just spent three hours trying to get by after I lost my save file and I still haven't got past it. Really nice to know that there is a way to reliably take out the drones. I am gonna try that on my next attempt.
Man I wish I'd seen this weeks ago. Took me SOOO many attempts to do the last part. I thought it was destroying the drone guns that triggered the extra guards. haha. Amazing. Great level though.

Your videos are great. I'm stuck on this one at the radio room, your tip will help me get through it. You mentioned there isn't body armor. I found some playing at secret agent level.

Just been playing though this again for the 1st time since the N64 days. This level was giving me so much hassle, but knowing now the guards don't infinitely spawn until Trevelyan sees you is massive. Will make the drone guns a breeze now. Do you never use the hidden passage behind the lockers in the ammo room? Might just be a play style thing but I always find that more easy
Never, l found that more difficult as you now have guards in front of you that can shoot you through walls when you can't even see them, and guards above you shooting through the floor at you.

Is there Any way to shoot the glass in the radio room at an agle that WONT blow up the damn radio?? I keep trying that trick with ecery different gun the level gives you, even one tapping, but it blow up every time the second I hit the glass.
yes, use any weapon that isnt armour piercing ammo. this means any weapon except the AR33 or RCP90. just shoot low with any other weapon. the AR33 & RCP90 will go through EVERYTHING. the other weapons will all go through the glass (obviously) but wont penetrate the metal crates, so if you shoot low with those weapons you'll be good.
The cheat from this level was a huge bitch to unlock! And I thought Facility, Train and Archives cheats were bad.. well they still are but Caverns was the worst!
